This company had made 3 appointments so far and has not showed up. The only reason I an still waiting for them is: Service Lines Warranties of America uses them for their warranties. They are the worst plumbing company to use.

I have HWA Warranty and Presidio is one of their contractors. They came out to fix the leak in my shower, the technician, Leo, was very competent, however, Dominic in the office is the worst customer service person ever.
My leak was left hanging as they needed a part. Dominic told me to call the plumbing supply company, which I did as was told the part was available. No one from Presidio called me back and I contacted HWA, who called them and they were told they couldn't finish the job.
This company is not reliable at all. Very disappointed

Roy and Isasc were scheduled for the following day, but called and offered to come that evening! The sun was just setting when they started and they finished quickly by headlamps. They helped me save some of plants in the area near the broken waterline, showed me the leak, then the repair, refill the hole and replaced the decorative rock.
They made sure the water in the house was working before the left. I was more than happy with these gentlemen!

We've had Presidio Plumbing to our house for several separate service calls in the last few months and each time has been a wonderful experience. All of their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and patient. Their work ethic is as high as it comes and they take great pride in their work, making sure that everything is done right and to their customers' satisfaction. Their technicians are happy to answer your questions and do not mind you watching them work and explaining what they are doing. For someone who knows next to nothing about plumbing, this is a blessing. They are very reasonably priced and we cannot recommend this company enough. They are absolutely amazing.

Horrible service. Hired to fix a leaking shower. Technician came out and told me the valve needed to be replaced but that he needed to get the part and would return. I paid $183 he capped the lines for the time being and left. Hadn't heard from them for 5 days called to ask when they'd be back out. I was told the job was complete. Who hires someone to fix a leaking shower and expects that they cap the line and leave it at that? Spoke to a supervisor and asked why the technician told me he'd return with the part, the supervisor was extremely condescending, told me the job was completed and that i was talking in circles when I kept saying the technician told me he'd be back. The technician never told me it would cost more to replace the valve or that he was done. He told me he'd come back when he had the part. And then the supervisor hung up on me.

Roy was sent to my home by our home warranty service. During a light drizzle after a rain storm, he quickly located 2 leaks in our water main from the meter, isolated the problem, repaired it perfectly, and filled in the hole. Roy was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We are very pleased!

As an update to my previous review, after the technician left my home, I realized that the electrical lines they damaged had been buried with dirt, and all of the debris and old pipes had been left strewn in piles on the side lawn. We were aware they had broken the casing of the buried electrical lines, but were not certain how much damage there was to the wires inside. An electrician was previously scheduled for a few days later, so was also going to determine the extent of damage. I contacted Presidio to ask why they had buried the line or if they had at least protected it in someway before leaving my home, and was told not to worry about it that nothing needed to be done with the wires. The photos I had taken of the damage shows differently! The wires are compromised and the damage will be obvious down the road. I contacted the warranty company to file a claim for the repairs. Had I not seen the damaged line and photographed it, they would have simply buried it and left it that way and I would not have known the difference until the rains started, or some time later. I would've been stuck with the resulting damage and the bill for it that would not have been covered under the warranty or insurance. Really disappointing!

Based on several of the reviews, I was skeptical when the home warranty company referred me to Presidio Plumbing/Solar Heating. I was pleasantly surprised! Having purchased a nearly 70-year-old home here in Tucson, it came with many issues, including a poorly re-designed and illegal water-main, likely courtesy of the pool/spa contractor from years ago, and a large laundry room that did not include a P-trap for the washing machine. Presidio Plumbing and Solar Heating was to my home many times and stuck with the job until they corrected the water main line issue and reinstalled the P-trap for me. At one point, when all else had failed, the owner of the company appeared on the scene and cleared the lines by standing on the roof of my house with a hose... I can say for a fact that no company has never gone the extra mile like that for me, especially in the middle of the day in this summer heat! Although none of it was covered under the warranty, they charged me much less than what any other plumber would have for the same work... The added plus is that they were extremely professional the entire time. So if you can put up with the initial delay of a day or so in getting a plumber to your home which I think is normal anyway for a good contractor, this company was definitely worth the wait!
