If I could I would not even give 1 star. Do NOT waste your time starting with Presidential Plumbing. In all my years as a home owner I have never had worse dealings with a plumber.

Given to us by our contractor we contacted Mike to help convert oil to gas to power a new generator. He said he could do the job and thats as far as we got. He lied to us about contacting and filling out applications with National Grid. I both texted and called him non-stop for several weeks and his answer was always ""I'm on a job and when I get back to the office i'll get back to you""; well I guess he never got back to his office because he NEVER gets back to you. The most unprofessional, unreliable and uncaring service I have ever dealt with. Do your research!!! I should have. You can see, the other reviews had the same experience. Find anybody else for plumbing needs.

The most unprofessional plumbing company i have dealt with. Promise one year warranty on labor. Never return calls or text. Pipe leaking on a new boiler. I am ready to put a claim on this company. Mike is the owner.

This plumber was reccomened to me through my mortgage company. I set up an appoint where he could come give an estimate at a house I was buying. The seller was still in the house so I had to coordinate with both parties.

He arrives at the house and does not say hello to the seller. We go to the basement and he is busy on his phone not oaying attention. He asks the sellers questions about the garage and where they belive the sewer line is and questions every answer they give. We check where the sewer line is and he can not find it. I had to find the sewer line for him. He told me he would get to me with a price and never did. I called him cor the pruce twice kept saying he was waiting in the town.

Total waste of time...

They do not keep appointments and do not return phone calls; the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with!! There are plenty of dependable companies out there; this is NOT one of them!!
