I made a HUGE mistake with my credit card and they quickly and painlessly refunded all of my money. I thought it was going to be a long and painful process, but thankfully Tim and his crew were able to get my money back to me quickly. They've done several plumbing jobs in my house too and have been very respectful and clean and pleased with their work.

Engaged in services with Presidential and it was far from presidential and a total nightmare. They were never on time. They didn't communicate at all just showed up on the job site unannounced. Forced a pricier unit on me. Then when I couldn't deal with them because I was at work and not expecting them. They barged into my house, while I was on a Skype call with my boss and tried to force a interaction. When I wouldn't Get off the call as they demanded they proceeded to leave the job with exposed electrical wires and panels for me to figure out. When they said they would come back they wanted cash because I was being difficult. If you want tons of headaches and incomplete, unsafe work left behind I would not use this company.

Biggest scammers. I was told about an initial amount that the work would require. A guy comes, spends around 10 minutes, changes one little valve and leaves without giving me an invoice. I find out later that I was charged 10x that amount without anybody communicating anything to me. They also claim that the guy spent 2 hours !!! And they refuse to give me my money back ! I will never use them again.

I recently had a furnace issue. I checked Yelp for reviews. This place had great reviews. I called and left message, they got right back to me. They sent someone out within the hour. He assessed and fixed within the hour. Price was for one hour work. I would recommend.

I first contacted Presidential to install a new bathroom vanity and shower fixtures. During the process,Tim and his crew discovered and repaired a potentially catastrophic issue with water pipes in my basement. Tim and his every one on his team are the absolute best professionals to ever work with. They are expert at what they do, prices are beyond reasonable, they arrive on time, clean-up perfectly, and are incredibly nice to work with. Communication between Tim, crew and the customer is amazing. They consult with you every step of the way in a user friendly way so you understand exactly what needs to be done and the cost to make it happen, and this is reflected both in-person and in the estimate invoice.
The second time I worked with Presidential, I had a problem with a gas line in my home. Tim and his team responded immediately (compared to National Grid took 3 days to return my phone call.) Again, fast service, great pricing, and work done right! As far as I'm concerned, I will NEVER work with any other company and I give Presidential the highest recommendation possible.

Do not waist your time to call them, I was told by the boss that they will at my house at 12:30pm, they ended coming at 3:30pm. We then reschedule for 9:00 am the following day, I ring two hours later and the boss tell me that he never schedule any work with me and Quote "" you will be charge anyway"". So please spare yourself the unnecessary headache and find a more professional, truthful plumber for your house or office.

I have been using Presidential for about 3 years, as well as some family members, they have always done a fantastic job. They do a great job explaining exactly what they are doing, they give you an hour time frame and have always been on time or early, and the work as been exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. I am someone who does not know much about plumbing/heating, but never hesitate to call them for anything.

They did a decent job fixing my blown radiator pipe. Gave me a quote of $220 per hour and after 45 minutes of work gave ma bill of $330, telling me that time starts when they leave the shop! I am happy they didn't leave the shop early in the morning otherwise the simple task would have ended up costing me thousands:)

Ive been using Presidential for over 8 years now, always come away happy. From disposal, radiators, leaks, to replacing my boiler, Tim and his crew do a great job, reasonable cost, and in a timely manner. I would recommend Presidential to anyone no matter the plumbing or heating need.

I had a dripping feeder hose to the water tank of my toilet. Presidential responded rapidly and really I can say they went way above expectations by replacing worn out parts. Tim was especially courteous. I would certainly recommend them.
