In March of 2022 Landmark Home Warranty sent out Premium Rooter Plumbing Service to replace our water heater. We recently had our home inspected and found out that the water heater vent and drainpipe were not installed correctly. In fact, they weren't even connected! I placed the vent cap over the top of the water heater once it was brought to my attention until our contractor could come secure it. We tried calling them and they wouldn't even acknowledge that they did the job even after we provided the receipt of services. they said that they were only there to light the pilot light. Currently they will not respond to our emails and acted smug and not concerned the one time I got them on the phone. For 2 years we have been dumping CO2 into our attic space. For 2 years our drain pan wasn't even connected to a drainpipe. The pipe was just placed in the hole with an inch gap on all sides. This company along with Landmark Home Warranty are just in it for the one time payment. they're not interested in building longtime customers.

Mohammed was my service technician, who came out through American Home shield, home warranty service. Above and beyond, did an excellent job. Worked me in, because the warranty service had taken too long to approve the work, and Mohammed moved me forward so that we could have toilets.

He took the time to run a camera through the drain pipes under the house, show me the pictures of what's wrong, explain what to do next if it happens again,fixed the issue completely professionally, was very very friendly, and informative, and just a kind human being.

He also laid plastic down everywhere so he did not track things around the house since we have a baby. He cleaned up, and the place looks wonderful.

Excellent service, will definitely request this company, and particular his services, if at all possible in the future.

My experience has been exceptional with Premium Rooter Plumbing Services. My family were doing a large home expansioddition and building a brand new casita on our property for which we needed rough-in plumbing. Jerome (the owner) is extremely responsive, shows up to inspect the work of his other Master Plumbers, and helped us trouble shoot a couple items that came up. I would also like to say that we inquired for five bids for the job and Jerome's was by far the best value. Jerry was the Master Plumber that did our work and he was also fantastic. There were a couple adjustments we needed to make (mainly because we didn't have actual plans) but Jerry was more than happy to accommodate. We have been very happy with their work and we will not only be hiring them for our fixture install but also recommending to friends and family.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Was referred to Premium Rooter Plumbing Services by American Home Shield Warranty company. They sent out Gavino to fix my master bath valve. He immediately said that he would have to check with AHS and said it would not be covered because it was a problem that existed prior to me buying the place. Would not leave a written estimate, but said it would be $565 to do the work. Stay away from both of these outfits, AHS and Premium (In name only) Rooter Plumbing Services. They are just collecting the service fee and making excuses on why they can not complete the service. Just a scam.

Great review for Premium

We love heritage pecan trees and we love having a working, reliable water-pipes system. Over the last several years, the expanding root system of a 100+ year old pecan tree was disrupting the water system. The house was built in the 1920's too close to the pecan trees. We wanted to protect the pecan trees and also have the modern convenience of water usage in our home.

Premium Rooter Plumbing Service was highly recommended for this complicated project by our regular plumber. We also consulted with an arborist.

Jerome, owner of Premium made time for this work, explained the process, had personal experience with this type of home-tree co-habitation and the project went smoothly. Jerome personally performed the plumbing work while utilizing the right types of company staff as support in the different phases of the work. He ensured that any inconvenience to us was at a minimum, inspected the teams' work at each phase to ensure high quality and came at the end for one final look and took care of two final touches that perfected the work. The process and work met all city requirements and was quickly approved thus no delays.

Now we are able to use the modern convenience of water in the home without worries about this beloved tree's survival, as to whether the water would pass through the pipe system properly and the quality of the work done by Premium. Highly recommend this local company.

We had 4 issues and this service was sent from American Homeshield. The first technician arrived, don't know his name, resolved only 1 of the issues. We had an outside leak on the toilet pipe, and he fixed this one with the first visit. Same toilet was loosing water from time to time, randomly, without being flushed (2nd issue). It happens at night usually, when it's very quiet. He flushed the toilet and said if he can not make it loose water, he will not fix it. We had to be firm with him to change a $10 flapper. He refused to do it a few times, until my husband had to come and tell him to do it.

The third issue was with a bathroom faucet, it was leaking. He said the faucet needs to be changed and he will talk to AHS if they will replace it. He brought up to us this maybe a custom faucet and AHS would not provide it. He said he will talk to AHS and let us know. After a week we have not heard back, we called AHS, he returned and came in... without a faucet. He just showed up because AHS told him to take care of us. When I asked about the faucet, he said he does not know anything about it. He has NOT talked to AHS at all and after this visit he reported to AHS that it's a custom faucet, and AHS closed the case.

Another issue we had was a leaking faucet in the kitchen. He just unscrewed the top of the faucet, wiggled something inside the faucet, and screwed it back on. It was not leaking right that moment, but as soon as he left it started leaking again. When he returned 2nd time, I told him kitchen faucet is still leaking, he did the same thing - unscrewed, wiggled a rubber with his finger, and screwed back in. He left, it started leaking again.

After these two visits by the same plumber from this company, we had to talk to AHS for a long time twice. First, we told them it's not a custom faucet and it is a basic faucet. Second, the kitchen faucet was still leaking. We had to talk AHS into sending another plumber for the second opinion from Maclin Plumbing. This guy came in, and he immediately said it's NOT a custom faucet, he reported it to AHS, it took him a few days to get a faucet from Home Depot and install.

Another plumber from Premium Rooter Plumbing had to come one more time to fix kitchen faucet. It took him 10 minutes, but he put a sealant there, I don't know something else, and it's FIXED! How this plumber worked and took care of our issue at this time was excellent, I would have put 10 for the company. However, the first guy was lazy and did not want to fix properly 3 out of 4 of our basic issues. He has to be fired, as he was a very bad representative for the company. Sorry I did not get his name.

Our issues were supposed to be fixed with 2 visits. Instead, we had to get off work and meet plumbers 5 times! That's ridiculous. And it's all because of that one plumber who should not have this job.
