My water heater went out, and my home warranty company initially set me up with another company that told me they couldn't do the job and had to switch it to another company. Their second choice was Premium Plumbing & Drain, and I am very satisfied with both of the technicians that came out to service my house. They were very professional and prompt, and now I have a brand new shiny hot water heater. Shout out to both techs, Anthony and Anthony! (they are both named Anthony lol). If I ever need plumbing work done, I will definitely use Premium Plumbing & Drain again, thanks guys!

Garbage disposal started leaking on a Sunday so I put it out there to yelp. premium plumbing offered me the same disposal with the same level of power as the one I already had instead of suggesting a lower level. I had a very small window the next day and they were able to accommodate and did so on time. I even threw in that when i was shutting off my kitchen valve, that too leaked, which was new info given. Anthony was very nice and did a great job. Thank you so much.

One of the worse companies in business, instead fixing the issue just watching and leaving not good enough in plumming stay away from them and they want your money with no work done.

Similar to other one star review, I received a big estimate bill stating that can go up in the $2k range (need to cut a hole on the stucco and fix the drain line, and that I should contact insurance company for possible coverage etc. I quickly got a second shop to help fix the problem with a much reasonable cost. I would caution people to get a second opinion if they can.

We had a plumbing issue on OCTOBER 2022. There was a slow leak in our upstairs shower so we called our home insurance company and they sent out PREMIUM PLUMBING to our house. The plumber checked out the issue and said it was an easy fix. He made a big hole behind the shower to access the pipes and next thing you know our ceiling downstairs is leaking from the vent. Our bathroom was flooded including part of our bedroom that was carpeted. Our ceiling and wall downstairs had big water stains and everything needed to be dried and repaired. I called Safeco insurance to get the repair done and even though we hd a deductible of $5000, we had them come in and do the repair because we had no choice. All PREMIUM PLUMBING did to help was bring in 2 fans to help dry the carpets. The manager that I talked to said that their insurance would take care of everything. Now, it's APRIL 2022, 6 months after and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Safeco insurance has been in contact with Their insurance company but they have yet to reimburse us for the damages. It's their plumbers fault that our house was damaged so it's only right that they pay for the repairs.

If you get assigned to them through your warranty company then be prepared to be f-ed over. I don't think you will get their time of day after they get their diagnosis fee. You will never see or hear from them again unless you are paying out of pocket.
Also, cancel your warranty. It's an elaborate scam.

I needed them to check my grandmas plumbing in her bathroom before I could leave town. She has the home warranty program and they responded very quickly and fixed it! I could leave to go home with confidence!

Ricky and Scott showed up today to do some home warranty work. They were great. Good communication, professional and went above and beyond what they had to do per the work order. Typically, home warranty claims are exhausting and are full of time consuming processes that cost the home owner days off work but these guys got the work done the same day they got claim.

My water main was leaking at the joint between the copper pipe and PVC just outside the house. The office staff, Crystal and Ashley, are very patient and understanding. They immediately scheduled my job for the next day. Plumbers, Oscar and Jose, were very detail oriented and thorough. They did a meticulous job replacing the exterior copper pipe and fittings. Not very many plumbers tackle the soldering and copper pipe work. They took their time and did not rush. They treated my house like theirs. Tickled pink with their work. Would highly recommend. These have become my go-to plumbers

If I can rate this place no stars, I would. Supervisor Jason was supposed to come back to my property today to fix some plumbing problems I had for some time now however, he never showed up because where I live you have to go through security before you can access any properties in the community. Jason had no kind of documentation or proof to show he was here to do a job at my property so security then turned him away. MIND YOU, This vendor has been to my property multiple times prior so they are WELL AWARE you have to get through security first. Not only does it look bad being a ""supervisor"" but when you have history of being at a property more then once prior, there's some sort of logging you have to input such as if there's a gate code, or if you have to access security in this case..so YOU WOULD THINK they'd know to have their s**t in order to avoid any inconveniences. After I found out my security turned him away (cause they were taking safety precautions & just doing their job) I called up the office direct & spoke to either Crystal or Ashley & the customer service i received today was beyond terrible. She was trying to argue & go back & fourth with me instead of trying to resolve the issue and just do her f***en job. Tech never came back, they ""turned the job down"" which was fine with me cause after the customer service i received I didn't want them at my property or work done by them. LOL
This company needs to seriously reconsider their receptionist they have & make a change. Avoid this place if you can..
