Ricky and Scott showed up today to do some home warranty work. They were great. Good communication, professional and went above and beyond what they had to do per the work order. Typically, home warranty claims are exhausting and are full of time consuming processes that cost the home owner days off work but these guys got the work done the same day they got claim.

My water main was leaking at the joint between the copper pipe and PVC just outside the house. The office staff, Crystal and Ashley, are very patient and understanding. They immediately scheduled my job for the next day. Plumbers, Oscar and Jose, were very detail oriented and thorough. They did a meticulous job replacing the exterior copper pipe and fittings. Not very many plumbers tackle the soldering and copper pipe work. They took their time and did not rush. They treated my house like theirs. Tickled pink with their work. Would highly recommend. These have become my go-to plumbers

If I can rate this place no stars, I would. Supervisor Jason was supposed to come back to my property today to fix some plumbing problems I had for some time now however, he never showed up because where I live you have to go through security before you can access any properties in the community. Jason had no kind of documentation or proof to show he was here to do a job at my property so security then turned him away. MIND YOU, This vendor has been to my property multiple times prior so they are WELL AWARE you have to get through security first. Not only does it look bad being a ""supervisor"" but when you have history of being at a property more then once prior, there's some sort of logging you have to input such as if there's a gate code, or if you have to access security in this case..so YOU WOULD THINK they'd know to have their s**t in order to avoid any inconveniences. After I found out my security turned him away (cause they were taking safety precautions & just doing their job) I called up the office direct & spoke to either Crystal or Ashley & the customer service i received today was beyond terrible. She was trying to argue & go back & fourth with me instead of trying to resolve the issue and just do her f***en job. Tech never came back, they ""turned the job down"" which was fine with me cause after the customer service i received I didn't want them at my property or work done by them. LOL
This company needs to seriously reconsider their receptionist they have & make a change. Avoid this place if you can..

Purchased a new home and found out our main drain had seen better days. After several quotes from other plumbers. Scott (owner) gave us a reasonable quote with assurance that his work would not disturb to much of every day life at the house. See with a special needs son at home all day we need to have a functional bathroom to care for him. Premium Plumbing & Drain kept in constant contact with us as work progressed. Steve and the crew at Premium Plumbing & Drain were very considerate of our needs as they worked making sure to communicate when not able to use the plumbing and cleaned up making sure work site was safe. Thank you Scott, Steve, Ashley and crew you guys are amazing!!!

We've had a drain and faucet issue with our bathtub in our master bedroom. We contacted our home owners insurance who had us set up an appointment with Premium Plumbing & Drain. The plumber came out, assessed and diagnosed the situation and simply told my wife that he would place an order for the parts. After 2 weeks, we never heard anything so I decided to call my home owners insurance to check on the progress. According to Old Republic, they were told by the plumbing company that ""we,"" ( my wife and I) tried to fix it ourselves. I WISH I had plumbing experience so that I could attempt to fix it myself but that was NEVER THE CASE!!' And we were told that the parts were being ordered! I had to call my home owners insurance just to find out what was going on! So frustrating!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this company!!!!!

After dealing with another company that was unprofessional, I was lucky enough to to get a same day service call from Premium Plumbing.

From the initial phone call with Crystal to the visit from Steve, their service was top notch. Our repair was completed without issue.

Great customer service, care given to our home with thorough clean up and wonderful people to deal with, makes Premium Plumbing worthy of 5 stars!

Technician gave estimate the day before and a time when he will be by the next day to complete the job. Technician was 2.5 hours late after the scheduled time given and still wasn't at the job. Excuse was hard time finding the parts but should have prepared the day before to be on time at the job. Also no phone call saying he's was going to be late and why. Poor business practice. The bad thing is this is the second plumber I have came across in a short period of time that has bad communication skills.
