Raul & his crew were recommended to us by another reputable plumbing company in the East Bay. The other company couldn't fit us into their schedule, so thankfully Raul was able to come by first the the next day to help us replace our broken tankless water heater. Our water heater was installed in 2012 in the attic and had been giving us problems, finally one evening, it just stopped working - and that's when we started looking for someone to replace it. We're very thankful that Raul came over, did an inspection, and confirmed that we needed to replace it. He also gave us options of moving it to the garage from the attic, and switching from tankless to tank. Ultimately, we decided on a direct swap, and he purchased the Navien brand for us (higher quality than our old one which was Noritz). He and his crew (Rafael) came and replaced our tankless heater in the attic - they did a great job re-piping and installing it correctly. Within 5 hours, we had hot water again! They also had my husband go up and inspect the work, which was very clean and professional. The are also both vaxed/boosted and kindly disclosed this to us which made us feel more at ease. Their prices are extremely competitive and a little lower than 2 other companies that quoted us over the phone. Raul is very transparent and kind, easy to work with, respectful and just did a great job. Highly recommend him!
