They came out to just fix a leak and Roman stated that we had a leak that had created a pull of water under the tiles. He stated that he can do the work as it is covered under the insurance. He came out took the bathroom apart destroyed our walls and floors in other areas in the process but the biggest problem is now we have been asking for the estimate before he turns it to the insurance and he won't give it to us neither is he returning phone calls or text. The company seem to be unaware how to handle the situation and now we are stuck with no bathroom as the insurance company is waiting on their report to give us the approval to get the bathroom done. Never use them as they will leave you stranded. Update: Roman just called me a few minutes ago and is upset about the review and status we owe $9800, need to pay in 3 days or there will be late fees, told me to F myself and hang up. Now he is calling me crazy. So unprofessional

These guys came out and fixed the leak under my sink. They did a great job... They were extremely nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services of any type.

Beware of this company. They will do the bait and switch on you. Totally dishonest company!! Zero is my evaluation. You don't deserve one star !! Wasting customers time just to get paid a service fee so you don't have to do the work.

premium plumbing is an amazing company. they have great employees. they are extremely responsive and go out of their way to help you. they fixed strange faucet malfunction none of my friends could fix in less than 10 minutes! they are very friendly and professional. they are very honest about the cost and will not overcharge like some other plumbing company. i highly recommend premium plumbing!

3/18/21 Craig and James from Premium Plumbing paid a service call to my home today. I had a plugged roof vent that OTHER PLUMING COMPANIES could not and would not fix. Two other (big) local plumbing companies plain out told me to """"live with it"""". Craig and James immediately recommended that they put a camera down the vent. I was impressed. Finally I got someone who was a """"problem solver"""" AND they had the right tools for the job. It was not an easy job because they needed to do it from my roof, and in an area that was hard to get to. I was impressed with their diagnostic camera system, which gave us a very clear picture of the pipe . . . . . . all the way down inside it . . . . which was about 20 feet. Craig and James quickly and professionally found the problem, and fixed it to my total satisfaction.

A friend of mine used them for grading her back yard, they took forever to complete the work and the yard is no better off then before water pools doesn't drain and the yard stays wet and muddy up to a week after a rainfall

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This company left our yard in shambles. The owner kept missing appointments to address the situation then disappeared and won't contact us. We ended up with well over a foot of standing water AFTER the work was done. THEY ALSO CHANGED THE QUOTE THE DAY THEY STARTED WORK. I would not recommend them at all.
