Beware of this company. They will do the bait and switch on you. Totally dishonest company!! Zero is my evaluation. You don't deserve one star !! Wasting customers time just to get paid a service fee so you don't have to do the work.

Do not hire Premium Plumbing & Septic. They came out to just fix a leak and Roman stated that we had a leak that had created a pull of water under the tiles. He stated that he can do the work as it is covered under the insurance. He came out took the bathroom apart destroyed our walls and floors in other areas in the process. After he destroyed our bathroom, I found out from the insurance company he started the work without approval. I also found out from the insurance company, that he did not give them the reason why he had to destroy our shower and tub doing the removal process. He didn't submit the photos to the insurance adjuster as requested, showing the damage to the tub or shower so our insurance could cover the cost. The insurance company would not cover the replacement cost of our tub or shower due to Roman not following the correct process. Roman's crew damages our hardwood floor inside our bedroom and part of the hardwood floor on the stairs. His employee stood on top of our dryer causing dents on the top of dryer. We asked him to pay for the replacement of our tub and shower and repair the damage his crew did to our property. He refused, and he has stopped responding to our request for him to correct his wrong doing. I believe he is worked a get rich scam by telling us they need to do a full mitigation of our bathroom. If he is allowed to do a full mitigation he would make more money then he would if he just did a repair. If Premium Plumbing & Septic shows up to take care of your water leak, please get a second opinion before allowing them to do a full mitigation of your bathroom. He also turned around and recommends us a company to restore our bathroom. ???? We will be filing a small claim against this company for the damages and property loss.

Great Professional Service. They showed up when they said they would be here, was honest about what was wrong but didn't try to sell you service that you didn't need. I highly recommend their company!

He came out took the bathroom apart destroyed our walls and floors in other areas in the process but the biggest problem is now we have been asking for the estimate before he turns it to the insurance and he won't give it to us neither is he returning phone calls or text. The company seem to be unaware how to handle the situation and now we are stuck with no bathroom as the insurance company is waiting on their report to give us the approval to get the bathroom done. Never use them as they will leave you stranded. Update: Roman just called me a few minutes ago and is upset about the review and status we owe $9800, need to pay in 3 days or there will be late fees, told me to F myself and hang up. Now he is calling me crazy. So unprofessional

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This company left our yard in shambles. The owner kept missing appointments to address the situation then disappeared and won't contact us. We ended up with well over a foot of standing water AFTER the work was done. THEY ALSO CHANGED THE QUOTE THE DAY THEY STARTED WORK. I would not recommend them at all.

premium plumbing is an amazing company. they have great employees. they are extremely responsive and go out of their way to help you. they fixed strange faucet malfunction none of my friends could fix in less than 10 minutes! they are very friendly and professional. they are very honest about the cost and will not overcharge like some other plumbing company. i highly recommend premium plumbing!
