These guys came via our home warranty policy to fix our tankless water heater. We were very impressed with their prompt, friendly, efficient service. Update: called them again for another issue we had. I was ready to cut holes in a multiple walls to find a leak upstairs. James at premium one was a detective magician & located it much quicker than I would've. He saved me cutting into at least 2 other sections of wall had he not been there. Can't recommend enough. He also fixed our tankless water heater!

James came out to fix a faucet. He was on-time, dressed nicely, respectful of our home(put on protectors over his shoes). I enjoyed conversing with him and his language was clean. He had the right part and was in and out in about an hour. I would recommend him and call him in the future if i need service.

Like the others on here, I was first referred to James at Premium One by AHS Home Warranty. He has fixed several plumbing issues at my house, including my water heater and plunging clogged pipes from my laundry unit. Someone else mentioned this, but I will say again I like that he wears those shoe coverings in my house!! I think that's incredibly courteous! I have actually hired James for private work not covered by the insurance company, and have been extremely pleased. He is always lower and competitive than the ""bigger"" companies. I would suggest you hire him to flush your water heater tank and replace faucets. The only downside is, because he is a smaller company, you have to make appointments weeks in advance (sometimes). Worth it to me if it's not an emergency. If it's an emergency, call Arman at Plumbing Dudes or 911 Plumbing. If it's cosmetic, I call James.

Stay away! They were sent by my insurance ,American Home Shield. They did not fix the problem- stoppage- which I was able to fix it by calling another company,but they were pushing me to change all the pipes under my house and they can do it for the ""reasonable"" price of $5800.00 Do not recommend!

James was a referral from my wife's boss, he was quick, courteous and honest. He even text me back while he was on vacation. Premium One Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I ever call in the LA area going forward. His installation of my new water heater was ""beautiful,"" to say the least. I was quoted a god awful amount by another plumbing company, who didn't even check anything before quoting me for a replaced water heater. No more google searches for plumbers...I just want to give these guys the kudos they deserve. Let me just repeat this, they are ""honest"" plumbers. Thanks James!

Premium One and James were assigned to me by American Home Shield to help with a tankless water heater issue that others could not resolve. They reached out within 24 hours, scheduled an appointment and showed up within the window they were supposed to.

James was communicative and worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue in a timely manner. He understood what the issue was based on the error codes and immediately dialed in to the manufacturer's help line to get their input.

I'm always skeptical about contractors assigned by the home warranty company and was hopeful given their good reviews. I know if I have another plumbing problem, I'll ask to have these guys back out again.

I was fortunate enough to have Premium One Plumbing sent to our home via our Home Warranty company. After our home warranty company tried denying our claim, I was extremely grateful for James, who was there to confirm that our issue was indeed covered through the home warranty. He was extremely professional, and speedy in changing out our water pressure regulator, and went above and beyond in helping with the ""secondary"" faucet damage from the broken water pressure regulator that our home warranty did not cover. He even had his own booties to protect our floor! Will definitely call James again, he is our go-to plumber now!
