Started out with a phone conversation with Jason. He was knowledgeable, professional and took his time answering my questions. I needed a range hood replaced in my kitchen. Next step was dealing with Jessica from the office...I would hire her if I was starting a business of any kind. Polite, professional, and excellent follow up. Also very pleasant.
I was given a time line for today and was told I'd be informed one half hour before they arrived. Sure enough, they texted me and about 30 minutes later Jason showed up...he removed the old one, installed the new one and everything worked. They cleaned up, took the old one outside in case of any leakage. They charged me what was quoted and went on their way.
Do yourself a favor and do not call multiple companies. Just call Premium appliance and speak to Jason or Jessica. You will be very happy you did.

I am very impressed with this company. Communication was great. Their installer, Jason, was a life saver, finding me the parts that would allow me to fix, not replace, the appliance.

Oh man, a really bad experience. I'm glad others had a good one - mine was the worst ever. Maybe he was in an angry mood??

From the moment he stepped in, just eyeballing every way to add fees. And of course, he found several. I had Jason do only one of the jobs I had planned with him because of the extra fees he tried to insert (ridiculous items, exorbitant amounts). And of course, he had a ""well we can just leave now and charge a visit fee"" when I rejected those extra fees. A visit fee, haha, yet another fee that no one agreed to. It was exactly like a 'hidden camera' expose or news story.

After he left when I tried out his install, he did everything wrong. I re-did it myself (like putting in the hot and cold lines in reverse). And he even inserted a $10 admin processing fee (see pic) which is something I have never, ever, ever seen a handyman ever do before. Can't make this stuff up.

I had such a bad experience I just bought specialty tools so I can be my own handyman. Good people - for faucets (or so many other things) you can do them yourself, just get some tools and watch some youtube vids. (See pic of specialty tool.)

I'm a person of faith. I don't wish Jason anything negative, but man, he's gotta do better than this. See his other bait and switch reviews.

Jason is an absolute professional. He took every measure to make sure our wood floors and furniture were protected. He is an excellent communicator and upfront about what you can expect from him and his services. I would recommend and have him do any future projects for me. RM Cody

I'm giving 5 stars because there's not an option for 10 stars! I spoke with Jessica and Jason about an over the range microwave install. Both wonderful people! Jessica kept me informed on everything right up till my installation date. My appliance installation technician, Ivan, was very prompt, friendly and professional. If you need an appliance installed this is the place for you! They are AWESOME!

Range Hood Installation

I called three companies regarding installing my new range hood. Premium Appliance responded quickly and they had the lowest fee.

The company confirmed my appointment the day before the visit was scheduled. Before the visit the they sent a list of what was included in the visit and what wasn't. Very transparent and helpful.

The company texted me 1/2 hour before the installers arrived.

J.R. and Junior were experienced, professional, and quick. They explained everything and answered all of our questions.

I definitely recommend Premium Appliance Installation.

Beware of this company! I would definitely never use this company again, as they did not deliver the service that was scheduled. Jason arrived without a complete work order with the details and would not complete the job. He refused to remove the old appliance and it haul away as previously arranged by their staff. He did nothing to resolve the situation with his company or call his supervisor. He just told me he could not do it and that his helper was too old to help him carry it out. I was left to deal with finding another company which ca used me undue stress that could have be avoided if he had done what was arranged for the installation. I made several attempts to call Premium Appliance Installation to speak with the owner or a supervisor, to see if they could resolve this by sending someone back or offer a solution and never received a call back.
I would give them a ZERO for very poor customer satisfaction and relations! Steer clear of this company because they cannot deliver on a promise and are not concerned enough to offer a resolution or even return a call.

Hired this company for an oven and hood install. The guys were professional and on time. Installation went smoothly.

If you are thinking of hiring this company Premium Appliance DON'T DO IT! Unethical and unprofessional. They pull a bate and switch. Quote one price and once your appliance is out and all over the floor charge another triple price. Made a mess and left a mess did not complete a construction clean when leaving. Do not put yourself thru the agony of this company walking thru your door. They are a husband and wife ownership with no answerability.

This company is great! I called and scheduled an install g go or my new stove two weeks ago. They sent a reminder the night before and texted a 30 minutes on the way text. Today was the install day. They showed up on time and professional. Install complete and all good. They did a great job.
