It all started with my grandfather, a proficient tradesman who devoted his days to mending what was damaged and his nights to instructing my father in the skills. As a young boy, my dad would assist by holding the flashlight, gaining insights not only into plumbing and HVAC but also into values like integrity, perseverance, and the pride in executing a job properly.

Determined to create his own path, my dad attended trade school, obtained his licenses, and in 2000, established Premier Services. Years down the line, I found myself in the same role he once held—traveling in the work truck, gripping the flashlight, handing him tools, and learning the trade. What began as summer jobs evolved into a lifelong passion.
