Eager to forge his own identity, my dad went to trade school, earned his licenses, and founded Premier Services in 2000. Eventually, I found myself in the same situation he had been in—riding in the work truck, holding the flashlight, giving him tools, and absorbing the craft. What initially was summer help grew into a lifelong enthusiasm.
