Very impressed. My mother in law had a leaking faucet in her condo but because I live in LA I couldn't go to look at it. I called premier and scheduled a visit. They were able to go out a few hours later. I received a call from Ozzy, he explained clearly that the leak was due to a rotten pipe and in order to avoid any further issues a new one would need to be installed. After accepting the service I was told by my in-law that Ozzy started to work right away. At the end of the work the area was cleaned up to the point that you couldn't tell any had happened. I visited later that weekend and the work looks great. I will not hesitate to call Premier again of any other work needs to be done.

These guys are great to work with. I use Yelp for everything and when I needed a plumber these guys were on top. They responded within 24 hrs and got the job done. Marcos called me one hr before coming out as I requested. Great people to work with and great communication on start to finish.

I have on other occasions tried other plumbing companies. But, I must say, that this company has proved to be a class act throughout every phase of our business transactions. They are also supporters of our Military, by providing discounts for Veterans, as well.

Great work and awesome customer service! I'd like to thank Mike and team again, for coming out late on Saturday night. Our small condo complex had the water main shutoff by the City due to a valve leak. After calling multiple others they were able to make it out pretty late and assess the damage. The work required breaking away some concrete, which is an obvious no-no due to late hour but the Premier team showed up early Sunday to begin work as soon as permitted. Thankfully we only went less than 8 hours without water, which put into perspective, isn't that bad. They were professional and dealt with our homeowners and their questions wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Premier Rooter & Plumbing has always given us outstanding service and quality work. Last year when a pipe burst and I was in Japan, my wife called and they came out and charged very reasonable prices. They have worked on my water heater, lines and much more, I got in touch with Mike yesterday, let him know when I was available and Marco was here to swap out my faucet and hardware very quickly and at a good price. Everyone at premier is a true professional and extremely courteous, I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I called for plumbing services and Mike (person who answered the phone) was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had called to have a cleanout pipe installed so that I can dump my travel trailers black tank and come to find out that there's already one in the driveway which was great. Ricardo (field supervisor) was the one who arrived at my house and showed me where my cleanout pipe was. I figured since he was already at my place I'd get a quote for him to cap out my sprinkler system since it hasn't been in use for a long time and I have a minor leak with that system. He immediately got the job done. He was profesional, courteous and showed me the work that was done upon completion and additionally showed me that the sprinklers can get removed without having to worry about water going everywhere. I definitely recommend them!!!!

Marco and Premier Rooter & Plumbing are great! I called last night for a clogged drain and was able to get an appointment this morning, even though it is Sunday and not an emergency. I received a text when Marco was on the way and he was early (!!!). Marco was professional, polite, and cleared the clogged tub drain quickly. He went over pricing before starting, explained everything to me, and showed me what he had done. He also took the time to check a caulking issue around the toilet. He is knowledgeable about plumbing and San Diego (we chatted about my neighborhood) and didn't mind that one of our cats wanted to ""help."" I highly recommend Marco and Premier Rooter & Plumbing.

We have used Premier on multiple occasions. They have been early before, on time most often, and, if they are going to be late, they will communicate before they were scheduled to arrive and will call when they are finished their current job. If an emergency, they will be there as soon as possible. Good people, use shoe covers, and clean up when finished. Highly recommend them.

There is never a good time for your hot water heater to die, but two days after surgery is NOT ideal. I didn't have the energy to investigate the waterfall leaking we were experiencing. Called Premier and we had a tech at our house within 1.5 hours to provide a FREE estimate, on a Sunday no less! Marco installed a new unit same day and we are back in business! Premier is responsive, provides great and fast customer service and the price was very fair, too. They deserve the high Yelp rating they have! I am going to go take a nice hot shower now.
