Found them via Yelp for wanting to do some plumbing work - contacted 2-3 businesses, and they were the first /only to respond within the day. Noel came and helped my mom and was super professional and courteous.

He couldn't help with the inside toilet things (given the way the house was constructed), but he helped fix our leaking valves in the backyard that same day.

Highly recommend their service if you need plumbing needs. Small discount provided for senior/military.

I had a large leak around an outdoor hose bib. I received a letter from the city saying I was losing 1400 gallons per hour. I had to shut off the water until it could be fixed.
I called Premier rooter and plumbing when they opened, Nathaniel offered an 8-10 am window. Noel arrived at 8 am. He
Investigated the leak and gave me a reasonable price to do the work.
He was very thorough and explained my options. He completed the repair in a timely manner. Noel was so easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Called in an emergency (shocking I know) Adrian was dispatched and showed up eager to help! Adrian was happy to answer questions, was very thorough and giving me all of my options and we ultimately decided on best plan. He made that super, super easy! Turns out his advice was the best advice as the work we needed done, turned out to be covered under warranty from another company! I contacted that company and they came out the same day to address the problem. All in all a great experience. This company has made it on my list of people to call. Excellent service at every level. Our toilets and showers were backing up in the house we just bought, so we turned to the highest rated plumbing service on Yelp. Let me tell you, we were NOT disappointed! Adrian and his crew snaked our drain, jet streamed it, and ran a camera to determine the blockage. Everything was explained in detail and we were able to see a live feed into the homemade main line access panel that came with the house. Turns out trees had breached the older pipes, which were on there last leg and not the same size as previously replaced pipes (because of this, trenchless repair was not an option). The crew broke up some cement, dug a trench and replaced our pipes with a seamless pipe. They added an access panel for us and one for the city. The price was very fair and they guarantee their work. Their complete transparency through the entire process gave us peace of mind. I cannot thank Adrian and his crew enough. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Francisco Diaz, who did the trench and cement work - his work is absolute perfection. I will definitely work with this company in the future.

We had a two bathroom repipe. Everything was done in the timeframe I was quoted. They started within a day from the time we got our quote. If anything came up that was unexpected they fixed it. They were very professional and did a good job. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Nate and his crew did a great job on my install... He came out one day give me a quote. It was a great price and his guy came out a couple days later to install the sink... Definitely will use Nate again for my other properties!

I hired Premier Rooter because I know they do great work, my two bathrooms share a pipe, and they would both clog up so my husband and I would have to plunge every time we bathed. I spoke with Nate Wallace, and he scheduled an appointment . He said in the meantime, use Green Gobbler.
His guys Konstatin and Eduardo came out and went under my house, replaced some pipes that were disgusting and clogged, and they even separated them. I definitely felt very confident with their work. They were under the house for some time, and they got the job done. I am so happy that I get to soak in my tub tonight.
I highly recommend Premier, and I won't hire anyone else. In fact, I'm going to get some estimates on some more plumbing work from them.

I had to have pipes replaced under house because of a leak..Nathaniel was called out to my house......he went down in crawl space under house......took photos of my leaky pipe.........he showd me the photos, the cost of replacement.....had to replace all my under house pipes......gave me the total cost to replace pipes and to do the job before he left. He started the job with Francisco the next day.......they were COMPETENT in their work, fast working, polite, explained clearly what they were doing, looked at old pipes taken out, cleaned up after themselves....took photos of their work afterwards.... explained at each point what they doing and why. In total they replaced all under house water pipes, new water heater with latest safety measures, new spigot in kitchen.....all within 1 day. IMPRESSIVE. A+ Would use them again..

I had a shower valve replaced today, and Premier Rooter sent a workman named FRANCISCO. He was OUTSTANDING, extremely polite, and very competent. He explained everything, did his job in a very timely manner, cleaned up thoroughly, and helped replace the items that were moved before he began work.

After the initial quote (again, a polite employee), I had to change the appointment three times. The scheduler was kind and understanding, and he found the time that worked best for our situation. Even better, a LIVE person answered the phone!

I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing. It is a professional company whose employees do their jobs well! I will use them again for any other plumbing issues.
