Daniel N.Submitted an estimate through yelp for a job that I had near Big Bear. Ryan at Premier Restoration responded right away, with a very competitive estimate. We met as scheduled and began addressing a leak. That job then morphed into other work that I needed done. Unfortunately, every subsequent appointment after that was me with delays and sometimes no shows. As the saying goes, time is money and a lot of money was spent waiting on numerous jobs to get done. Haven't heard from Ryan in a week so now have to hire someone else to finish the jobs he started. Skilled guy at reasonable rates but he might be taking on more than he can handle.
Desiree S.Ryan was absolutely awesome and very knowledgeable about his work. He installed my recessed lights perfectly and got other things completed as well during his job. He was very nice and was so efficient. I will definitely hire with him in the future again!
Len C.Ryan set up an appointment with me today March 4th at 1:30. He did not show up I reached out to him several times through text and telephone calls starting at 8:30 a.m. Very poor customer service to schedule something with a possible client with no contact or response to show for an estimate he set up. I will not contact this person again.
