Very very overpriced. I was charged 275 for a $20 part at Home Depot and a 10 min repair on my toilet. Never again

Let's see, I disconnect the hoses from the clothes washer, I move the washer out of the way, I cut a hole in the wall to access the piping, plumber shows up, makes 2 cuts, installs 2 shutoff valves and charges over $400.00... I'd call that highway robbery.. and I'd call a different company. (By the way, I moved the washer back, covered the hole and reconnected the hoses myself).

BEWARE. I thought I would share my experience (which was the second negative experience)........my renter called to let me know his shower handles were leaking again as Premier was out there earlier this year and replaced the stems for me. Premier showed up and called me to let me know that the shower handles really needed to be replaced. Apparently the shower diverter pipe was rusted out and they really needed to replace the entire thing. They said the good news is there was access to the back of the shower thru an access panel and they make a replacement kit that was around $40. They also recommended I go back with a single handle versus the three separate handles so that less can go wrong in the future. I asked if that was cheaper and they said yes, if nothing else it would essentially be the same price. I told them to go for it. My tenant told me that once I gave them the green light they left for a couple of hours to go back to the shop to pick up the replacement kit and then returned and replaced everything in the shower (i.e. handles, diverter, cut offs, and sprayer). The technician later called me to tell me what he had done. He basically told me everything I already knew (above) and also told me all about the cut off valves that he added in the back that he was not going to charge me for. I got the impression he did not want to give me the price but after asking him a couple of times he finally told me my total came to $1,680. After discussing with the technician he had the manager call who agreed to drop the price to $1,275. Still seems way too high for an afternoon job with what should have been less than than $300 in parts. I will never be using them again.

DON'T EVER CALL this company. Price gouging is the least of what you will get from them. Three other plumbers told me their EMERGENCY after-hours price would have been HALF of what these guys charged me on a weekday. When I called about it, they came down $175, which was NOT half, and then threatened collections when I pushed back. STAY AWAY.

**UPDATE 11/7/16** As I stated the first time BEWARE of this company. I knew when they came back out the second time to correct the issue that they didn't complete the first time that something just wasn't right. Well, it wasn't. I got another company to come out today, as I wanted to get another opinion. In so many words they said that I was told lies and got ripped off. They spent TWO hours cleaning out my pipes where as the first time Premier came out they only spent 45 minutes and the second time on 1 and 15 minutes. I actually cleaning my pipes from the front of my house to the street something Premier never did either. I was told they don't see how they unclogged anything because it was still clogged up pretty bad. Second, Premier said that I had some chopper piping and that was what was causing the problem as it needed repair/replaced. Again, that was a lie, I don't have ANY under my home as the company that came out today actually went UNDER my house something you all never even did. I don't know how you all stayed in business for this long, but I guess you just rip people off and lie to the customers. Like I've said before you will never step foot in my home again or do any kind of repair work. I feel like you all took my money and didn't do crap to fix the problem.

Very courteous, professional, and very well-priced! Super-impressed with their service! On a day when hundreds of people are having plumbing issues, they were able to send someone out to fix our broken pipe. I called 10 other companies in the area, and most were booked up through Thursday--today is Saturday--wait, what? Premier came through with true 'emergency' service. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We have our water back, and the price was phenomenal!
