I called Mike and explained that my tankless water heater was giving me issues. He was super helpful over the phone and was willing to research the warranty of the unit. He called me back once he was done and gave me details/options to either repair or replace. We went with a replacement which he managed to obtain the same day for a great price. The installation was fantastic, it was done better than what I had when I purchased the house. I also want to add that he is very professional and I will be calling him for any additional plumbing/heating issues.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink & I contacted Premier Plumbing Solutions to assist. The response time was great and customer service was excellent. Mike asked me various questions pertaining to the leak under my sink & set up same-day service. Upon arrival, Mike thoroughly assessed the situation, gave me options and proceeded to perform the repair. His work was clean and he even organized the tubing I had underneath the sink so it was secured and looked clean. Plumbing Premier did quality work, friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely hire PPS again!
