I hired premier plumbing to install a new tub and surround. They were to fit the surround around a window but they decided the window was leaking and did not do this . They did not give me any credit for not doing this. I had 6 other companies come out and each said the window is NOT leaking. They were to replace the subfloor but decided it did not need to be replaced and gave me $101 credit only. They said to replace PART of the subfloor (contract said replace subfloor and shore up joists) would take less than an hour. They did not secure the pipe behind the surround to the studs causing the spout to come away from the wall and the caulk to fall off. Jason came back to see the problem and days later came back to ""fix"" this but the caulk again came off and this ""fix"" caused the faucet to look like it was stripped and not on right and crooked. They refused to fix it. The floor under the tub was making creaking sounds and they said the tub was put in right and we would get used to the noise. They put a grab bar in the tub but put 5 holes in the surround and used only 4 screws in the grab bar and two were not in studs at all. They did not caulk around the grab bar or the holes they put in the surround. No one got into our crawl space to check for leaks. They did not put much putty around the tub drain and water was pouring out of the tub into the crawl space. There was a leak in the pipe from the tub to the drain into the crawl space and two other areas where pipes met that were not tightened under the tub causing a third leak. They insist they checked for leaks by pouring water down the drain and looking from above. There is no way they could see all the leaks without getting under the tub which they did not do. They refused to come back and fix their mistakes and I had to hire another company to fix their mess.

I found Premier Plumbing Services through a Yelp project. Steve and Jacob came out ASAP (holiday weekend added a couple days- it wasn't an emergency) and replaced the shut-off valves for the washing machine we had never been able to get working. Steve also cleaned filters in the hose. The washing machine works great now! While they were here, Steve installed an under the seat bidet that I'd wanted to install but didn't know how to deal with the super short supply line. And as long as he was here, we got a couple super reasonable estimates for a hot water heater replacement, and for converting our old iron pipes to pex. It's just the best feeling to have a professional service that you can trust, that is very responsive to inquiries, that follows up as promised. I can't wait to have Premier Plumbing out for more projects! Thank you- I appreciate y'all so much!

Impeccable service! I needed a new garbage disposal and they fit me in the same week with a service appointment but bumped me up to the next day. We love this business - have used them for a clogged drain and now a new disposal. They are our go-to for any plumbing needs.

Simply requested a quote with no timeline or urgency. Business said they were unavailable to quote with no explanation. I would not recommend consulting for a plumbing project. Add a different business to your list for any plumbing projects.

We needed a plumber, our outside faucets broke on both sides of the house. They came out when they said they would. He was very efficient, did a very good job and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company!

Had Steve out to check out a plumbing issue my mom called Roto Rooter out for. Of course Roto Rooter's estimate was wildly high and they used scare tactics on my mom, saying if I didn't act immediately, I was going to be in trouble. I called Steve and he came out a few days later and gave me an honest and fair quote nearly 2k less than the competition. He also helped me understand any trade offs I made in the service I got in a way that didn't make me feel pressured or like he was trying to upsell me unnecessarily and didn't try to scare my mom to get the contract signed. He also installed a dishwasher a few days later.

He will now me my go-to whenever I need a plumber in the area. Thanks!

Sump pump went out, back-up was doing all the work. A plumber I normally call couldn't schedule an appointment until the next week. Found Premier, gave them a call and they were out within a couple of hours. Pump replaced,fast service, and decent cost. Steve was very nice and expedient. Found our new plumber. Highly recommend!
