We could not be happier with the quick, courteous, thoroughly professional service Premier Plumbing rendered! Amy made scheduling a snap, and Jeremy (our Installer / Technician) was prompt, cheerful, and knew what he was doing (an understatement here). Our water-heater failed at a bad time (like there could be a good time) -- and Jeremy dispatched promptly and had our brand-new Water Heater installed, up and running in under 2 hours from his quoted arrival-time. Premier Plumbing also removed the old water heater and its remnants; leaving a clean garage as Jeremy left! We have made Premier Plumbing our ""vendor of choice"" so that they'll be our first call for any future plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

Travis and Tyler from Premier Plumbing were able to diagnose the problem with our bathtub faucet right away and complete the job within 20 minutes. They were friendly, helpful and efficient and I would definitely use Premier Plumbing again.

Travis did a great job of finding the problem with our hose bib (spigot), replacing broken pipe, adding a new more premium spigot, and drilling screws into stucco to secure it properly. In the meantime he discovered additional work that clearly needed to be addressed. I will have them back to do that work, and also to add another spigot on the opposite side of the house.

Travis is wonderful. He came out half an hour after I called for help. He had the problem (leak in radiant heat line into the crawl space) diagnosed and fixed in well under an hour. He's also a really kind and understanding guy. He gauged my stress level right away and calmly assessed the issue and fixed it without any alarmist talk. If you're looking for quality, professional work at a good price, you found it with Premier Plumbing. We just moved and had an issue with our hot water fluctuating at our new house. Called around to get estimates from 4 diff places since we're new to the area. Premier gave us the best estimate, took the time to talk me through the issue, then sent me a quote and scheduled me for the repair. Bob and Travis came out on time and did a phenomenal job. While they were here, they also saw a minor thing that needed to be fix (something was piped weird by a previous person) and went ahead and just fixed it, no additional cost. Said that they just couldn't just leave it like that. They made sure the hot water was working, then took the time to show me what they did and how I can adjust the heat in the future. Very friendly and thorough people. Told me if I had any issues to call back and they'll come back to see what the issue is. If you're shopping around, call these guys for sure and I'll bet they'll be the best you'll find around town. I wish I could have Premier fix everything at our new place but hands down, if you need plumbing or anything work related to water, they are your people!

We had Travis and his team help us replace a broken sump pump. The job turned to be more work as the original piping had problems as well. But they were super professional and we are very satisfied with the work. Also, their quote is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very expensive service! I was pulled in by the Yelp reviews, but shocked once we got the bill. We had them out about a week ago to our rental in Seattle and will definitely not use them again.

$250 for auguring a toilet (kind of like snaking it out) seems astronomical. We've had this done before by other companies and it was half the price (or less even).

Just wanted to warn folks to shop around and not be pulled in as we were.
