I hired Premier (Ally) Plumbing to install a shower trim set after a recent renovation at my rental unit. The tub spout flew off under water pressure and struck the tenant during the first use 4 days later. I called (it was on a Sunday) requesting emergency service due to this being the only shower in the unit and it was actively leaking into the wall when the water is on. I was told the earliest time someone can come out to fix this screw up was on Thursday, 5 days later. I again voice the urgent nature of this repair due to the failure of their initial installation. The only thing offered was a call from the manager 24 hours later on a Monday.

Today is Friday and no one has called.

you all should know, premier plumbing with the good reviews does not exist. if you call premier, you get alley plumbing showing up at the door without explanation. Alley plumbing reviews are not so great. I found out that premier was merged into Alley about a year or so ago, but they seem to be riding on the good reviews of Premier since they have not changed any advertising. I feel that is dishonest and for that reason I will not use them.

Was slated for an estimate on some plumbing work that needed to be done and after confirmation from secretary that he would be there between 1 to 5 the plumber was a ""No Show"" I even called to make sure he was coming and they said yes after his last job! No Call / No Show very unprofessional to not even get a courtesy call.

They showed up on time and very prompt to request but it's seems they only in it for big job only. Our bathroom sink cracked a little and they recommended for me to replace the whole sink which cost $950 if they provided the sink and $650 if we provided the sink. After other opinion were laid out to me turns out the sink can actually be caulked. Very disappointed that this was not offered at first place just to even ""hold it up"" temporarily. Paid them $90 only, with nothing done. They only solution only nothing but to replace. I will definitely will not be using them in the future anymore

We needed a plumber, these guys bid was 30% higher than the other bids we got, but they were the first guys with time available so we paid it. We won't use them again.

Called 30 mins before appt which gave us time to get to the property (it's a rental). They were on time. Very honest as to what the problem could be (worst case was replacement of hot water heater). We had him do maintenance on it; very thorough email as to what he did, which was great. Had him look at a possible leak. Told us what we thought was wrong was actually an inexpensive fix; it turned out to be a faulty faucet which we fixed ourselves. Very efficient and honest. Price was what we expected. Will be hiring them for sure.

Thank you for such a quick response! They guys came out, found the problem with our shower, ordered the parts and returned within a week to complete the project. Great communication and work ethic. Competitive pricing. They even took off their shoes and wore a mask.
