It's so easy to write a rave review about Premier Plumbing! From the initial phone call, to the final repair, this company is TOP NOTCH!!! They did our complete plumbing install on our new custom home two years ago, and we were so pleased with them at the time, it was an easy decision to call them when a highly unusual sprayer hose burst on our kitchen faucet. Sally, in customer service was so kind, and quickly arranged for Chris to come out and assess the situation. Unfortunately, that hose was not a universal product, but he assisted me in getting exactly what I needed. Upon receipt of the replacement, I was scheduled for the repair the next business morning. Jeffrey and Timmy were prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and handled the repair expeditiously. Please do yourselves a favor and choose Premier Plumbing for any of your plumbing or gas needs.

Wonderful company to work with. When ordered our propane tank and fireplace logs we were given a day of installation. They called the morning of to remind us they were on their way and they buried the propane tank, ran all the lines, including to our stovetop, and installed our new fireplace logs, all the same day. Everyone we encountered were very polite and knowledgably.

I love supporting small businesses and love even more when they provide great service. I am an extremely loyal customer if the business is good. Service with premier was fast and the plumber that came was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were having issues with our hot water. The only hiccup was that he was supposed to be at my house at 10 am and didn't show so I called the office. The receptionist tracked him down and he had gotten caught up in a job earlier that morning that took way longer than expected. He ended up coming out around 3 pm. I completely understand that but would have appreciated a call, luckily I was home all day that day. Won't stop me from using them again though because price is fair and they are great!
