We had a serious leaking issue with our upstairs toilets. I called John and within 15 minutes he called me back and Connor was at our house to do the repairs within the hour. Connor quickly diagnosed the issue and then fixed it for us, went and got us the new toilet and installed it all within a few hours. Both John and Connor are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We were very impressed with the work and customer service was A+! I would highly recommend John and Connor for any plumbing work!
John Roberto from Premier Plumbing was the plumbing contractor hired by Rod D'Auteuil owner of Rod's Home Improvements . I contracted Rod's Home Improvements to remodel my bathroom. Everything Premier Plumbing touched had to be done over again. John's employee Connor did 99% of the work. The stem on the diverter for the shower was installed backwards. The plumbing under the sink was not only left looking unfinished but there was a leak that was not detected when Connor left. Had we, as the homeowner, not checked everything after Connor left, it could have gone undetected and ruined my brand new Vanity. Due to lack of planning on John's part he did not relocate the water shut off to accommodate the appropriate water shut off location for the skirted toilet. The skirted toilet was mounted off center 3/4"" and jammed so far in to the original water shut off pipe John just hacked out a piece of the collar of the shut off so that it would fit. John was upset with the toilet choice because it was a skirted toilet which took a bit longer to install. He said I should have let him know that I bought a skirted toilet. I had the supplies here since June 2023 and the job was not started until October 2023 and we showed him the supplies in June 2023. The heater element Conner installed was too close to the wall and after the Contractor Rod from ""Rods Home Improvements"" from Dracut mangled it trying to make it fit. I bought a new element so Connor could replace the bent and mangled element. The next day Connor came to replace the element and took it upon himself to unbend the mangled element and not replace with the new one that had been purchased by us. Since the element was also installed at too much of a ""slope"" this leaves part of the element showing below the heating element cover. The shower bar was installed 1/2"" out of plumb by Connor and when brought to John's attention his response was ""Sh*t happens man""...Really!!!!! We did accept it because at this point Premier plumbing was making so many mistakes we just wanted him out of here never to return. John kept telling me the bathroom supply store ""saw me coming"" because I made the choice to buy ""high end fixtures"". He felt that my house was not ""high end"" enough to warrant those fixtures. The issue with John is he is NOT a ""high end"" plumber. John came to the house and costed the job in June 2023 and was aware of the cast piping and said everything was fine with the plumbing downstairs and gave the pricing to Rod. At the end of the job John stated the cast piping he originally said would not be an issue NEEDED to be replaced with PVC because it would not pass inspection. So John tacked on another $1750 on to the job to change it out. We did pay the price because we needed the job done. All of these issues are documented. So I would advise you to run fast and far away from Premier Plumbing and I say this because of the experience I endured.
We hired John for gas boiler work, replacing boiler circulating pumps, pressure relief valves, removal of an unused hot water tank, general maintenance of a gas boiler etc. I could summarize John's work as follows: quality, efficient, and effective. Additionally, John and his assistant are cordial and professional. The cost for the work is reasonable and John did what he said and said what he did.
John Roberto quoted a job for less than $400 and charged an additional $600 without providing any details
He was unprepared, lacked the right tools and materials
He was wandering in the house for no valid reasons
He used racial comments and threats when we asked about the additional charges.
I do not recommend Premier Plumbing.
Very satisfied with John Roberto. He has done a few jobs for me and has done an excellent job each time, and always quick and easy communication. He was also very patient to walk me through any question or concern I had. I am very glad to have found him! I highly recommend John and Premier Plumbing!
John was so helpful, I've initially reached out to him in regards of an upcoming project. He showed up early and was very informative. He was so helpful. This week we ran into a small problem i've reached out to john again and showed up an hour later with the parts and was able to take care of the problem so quick. Thank you so much for everything.
Marissa K.John Roberto, of Premier plumbing, arrived at my house 10 minutes after I called. Its a Sunday and the temperature is in the negatives. He was quick, professional, and affordable. I will recommend Premier Plumbing to everyone I know. Thank you so much!
