Brenda P.Installed line for new irrigation system. Work looks good and left with everything cleaned up. Laid down cloth tarps on wood flooring but left carpeted stairs open. Wore shoes inside ans it was raining outside with multiple trips to his van. No mask. I would say the actual work is excellent but the delivery was a tad off. Very pleasant guy.

Before too long we were looking at new toilet and a $300 + bill (our house is 2 years old). Two days later the toilet was still leaking. Our next two service calls were flushing the toilet and declaring there was no leak. Yet my rugs are still wet and there is still water on the floor. When I pushed the issue, the owner won't even call back. Now I have wasted 3 weeks and $300+ to still have a wet floor! Horrible customer service and rude plumbers. I am done with them!

Joe L.I had a water heater installed last week by Premier Plumbing. The flue was angles the wrong way and it was hanging over a drain.
When I called to have it fixed Rick from their office said it would be extra if I added any materials. I responded I didn't want anything and just vented properly so in quit making co detector go off and not positioned on drain.
When they showed costs started being brought up immediately. I had to be far too verbal with Rick from here to have my safety concerns addressed. Bad service, bad attitude, bad company, bad rick...
