I claimed a deal on Angie, for a 40 gallon hot water install for $1500. I described the situation, small condo utility closet 2 flights stairs no elevator.
Bob came to do estimate complained about stairs and small utility closet, claiming new heaters were wider due to Obama's regulations, (they are not, new one fits perfectly). what did Obama have to do with it?

He Didn't seem to like that I asked him to wear a mask, said covid is ""going away""...wearing his obvious political bent on his sleeve, which is very inappropriate.
He then sent quote for $2250!! Talk about gouging!!

Got it done for 1750. Took 2 hours, beautiful job.
I don't think it's fair to use phony promos.

I highly recommend Premier Plumbing. Bob and Steve have worked on many projects at my house. They installed a new shower system, an ice machine, new faucets & toilet. They even installed a new tankless water heater. They can do it all!
Bob is very responsive and they are a pleasure to work with.

The Premier Plumbing & Heating Services website states ""Call the Wayne, NJ Plumber You Can Trust!"". I called them to give me an estimate to repair my toilet which uses a Sloan Flushmate operating system. After performing some troubleshooting tasks on the toilet the plumber concluded that the toilet had to be replaced. No matter what questions I posed, he assured me, with absolute certainty, that there was no way to repair or replace the Flushmate operating system & thus the entire toilet had to be replaced. He spent the remainder of his visit discussing new toilet options. I was uncomfortable with his conclusions & decided to contact the Flushmate manufacturer. I was told by the company that the plumber was wrong & that a new Flushmate operating system could be installed & would repair the toilet. Moreover, the Flushmate Company stated, without my requesting it, that they would send me a free new Flushmate unit even though mine was manufactured in 2002. Shouldn't a plumber know such basic information? I received the free unit from Flushmate a few days later. It was installed successfully, within 30 minutes, by a competent local plumber.

My husband and I had two clogged sinks, A shower we could not use and several leaky pipes in our basement and Bob could not have been more helpful. They are real professionals and know what they are doing. Prompt and Polite. Excellent service. Thanks again Bob.

Called Bob for a furnace issue and Dan arrived that morning a little while later. Dan assessed the issue, advised on the repair, recommended some part replacements since he was draining the boiler as preventative and the unit was 35+ years old.
Back up and working in a couple of hours.

He came to install a new kitchen faucet but when asked to fix leaky bathroom faucet he refused. He said it was too old. I just felt he could not be bothered. Will not call back.....

Excellent service . I had problems with my heating system and it was pretty complicated but Dan and Steve figured it out right away and fixed my problem. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.
