He was originally dispatched to my mother's house through HomeServe for a refrigerator warranty call, followed by an HVAC call shortly after, and he has incredibly helpful not only resolving the problems, but helping us understand what's wrong, how it happened, and what to expect/how to prevent them in the future. He offers unbiased opinions and doesn't try to upsell you or force unnecessary repairs.
When HomeServe wouldn't cover the cost for replacing a failing thermostat and relay on my mother's HVAC system, Dimitri offered very fair pricing and quick service.
I highly recommend Premier Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and will be using their services whether covered by a warranty or not!
Julianna G.I don't typically write reviews but I thought it would be a good idea to share my experience for others to read. Dimitri from Premier Plumbing really provides a best in class service. Firstly, he 's prompt and arrives to your home with shoes wraps so that he's not dragging dirt from the outside into your home, which is really nice. When you hire him for a specific job, he goes out of his way to check to ensure other areas of the home related to the specific plumbing or heating job have no issues and are working as expected. He's very thorough in explaining the problem and how to resolve and never tries to upsell you on anything. He's honest, trustworthy and very affordable, and that is why I recommend him to everyone.
