My experience with Premier Plumbing was amazing. I called a few places that quoted insane prices, and I felt slightly pressured with one company to get a product I didn't feel comfortable getting. I had one last hope and with a google search, I found Premier Plumbing. I can't remember who I talked to, but she was so nice and was able to get the Lead Plumber Eddie to come a few days later to come provide an estimate for a water softener and RO system. Eddie was professional and made my install needs a true reality. He made me feel confident in my decision to use Premier Plumbing. After our first meet, I didn't have to ponder if I was making the right decision. I felt ready to get this improvement on my home. Within a week of our first interaction, I'm now enjoying delicious water, and experiencing the best shower I've had in a long time. Eddie even provided me an additional service that I didn't even know I needed (draining my tankless water heater). I have already saved Eddie's info and put him in my calendar to continue to maintenance my tankless heater. Fantastic job. I am elated on how great of a job was done.

Tech very good. However for about 45 minutes to replace a valve on a new toilet and connect to a bidet piece was not worth $ 239.00. Valve at Home Depot is 15 $ Would not use again for sure.

I cannot thank Michelle, Beau, and Eddie enough for their help in fixing my shower! They saved me thousands and I will never go to another plumber again! Highly recommend them to everyone, I worked with them commercially before I worked with them at my personal residence. I reached out after Snyder Plumbing gave me an initial estimate. Without attempting to snake the drain Snyder immediately said they would not only have to replace my shower cast iron plumbing, they would have to replace the entire bathroom plumbing for 8k. First thing in the morning after I contacted Michelle and Beau, Eddie came out and fixed the drain within minutes. Eddie took explicit precautions to make sure my cats stayed inside and weren't affected by the bleach after cleaning the tub, which is always stressful for pet owners having work on their home.
