Colin F.Lied about the length of time they were on site to do a job. Should have been a 1 to 1.5 hour job. Our cameras clocked 16 minutes total. Tried to reschedule their offer of doing it again at no cost, but they went MIA. I left a glowing review a year ago and spread the word far and wide. Sadly, I can no longer do so.
John L.Poor communication to set up an appointment made it difficult to finally get to an agreed upon time for a tech to come look at my problem. After a cancelled appointment where I didn't find out that tech wasn't coming until after the two-hour window had ended, I finally got a tech to look at my issue two days later after the cancelled appointment, from the original contact about a week.
The job hardly took an hour for one person and the labor charge was out of this world expensive, I would have expected that cost for two people for half a day.
Also after the tech had left, I went into my basement and noticed that he never cleaned up his mess, a quick courtesy sweep or at least a pick up of the large pieces of garbage would have been appreciated.
It is only two stars because the job is finally done. I wouldn't recommend.
