The company was able to squeeze us into their schedule last minute and the job was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. The plumber who happened to also be the owner was kind, knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you so much!!!
I called and scheduled to have my shower control valve checked out, and was told it probably needed a new cartridge. Later the plumber replaced the cartridge and was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he failed to check his work. The next day I found while using the shower that the cold/hot water were now backward and the valve when closed was now crooked. Although the problem was fixed, I feel that since it only took 15 minutes to complete the repair and they charged $303.00, the work should have been checked.
The plumber only came out for a few minutes and charged me for a service fee of $69 for nothing being done! No other plumber I've used previously charged me for not fixing anything. Not very happy about paying for no service being done.
Mark D.Well I had to use a plumber at my home for a pressure relief valve that was going bad. I called Premier last week and set up an appointment for them to come out here today. The young man that came out his name was Dazhun and he was a nice young man who was very professional and friendly took care of the business and represented the company quite well. The problem I had was after everything was done I found out that I was going to owe Premier Plumbing about $360 to take care of my problem today. When I explain to Premier Plumbing that I was going to pay with a credit card the young man explained to me that the company charges a convenience fee for using a credit card. This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard as we are in the year 2018 and people use credit cards for everything. I haven't had other plumbers like Donald p dick and Van Gogh and a few others do work over the years and I have never been charged a fee to use a credit card. After paying them what I felt was a very good amount of money to them for 1 hours worth of work I was pissed off at they were going to charge me more money just to use my credit card. I spoke to the young woman who the plumber called at the office her name is Cindy and she proceeded to speak to me at the sound level of a jet airplane explaining to me that they had every right in the world to charge me a convenience fee. I explain to this young woman that I own the company for over 21 years and that you cannot charge people for using a credit card. You can give people a cash discount if they use cash but you cannot charge them by law more money to use a credit card. After I proceeded to yell at the woman louder than she was yelling at me and I must explain she wasn't yelling at me not she was yelling at me explain to me their policy not yelling at me calling me a jerk or anything but just explain to me that they were going to charge. After complaining a great deal about the situation and telling you a woman that it was not legal to do this and I didn't care who told her it was because it wasn't and that I would make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and make bad online reviews about them if I felt they were taking advantage of me she only then told me that they would not charge me the convenience fee. If you ever use this company make sure that you ask up front if they're going to charge you for using a credit card and now that I look at my receipt from the company it does not actually have any detailed markings of what they charge me for so she could have just charged me to see and not told me very upset

Shelly L.After having 2 plumbers come try to fix the broken hardware on my master bathtub, I finally called Premier. Brandon was the plumber that came to my home. He ordered some parts, made a few modifications and somehow fixed what the others could not! The price was also more affordable than what the others quoted. Needless to say, I will recommend them to my friends.
I will never use this company again. The contract was for installing a stove, sink and dishwasher. Two plumbers were to do the work but only one showed up. He then realized he would need another person so he left to find help and comes back with a young ""apprentice""? (the guy had to read the installation manual and took about two hours trying to figure out how to install the dishwasher). In the meantime, the other guy seemed to be struggling installing the sink. When I asked him about the stove installation he told me (with an attitude) that they didn't install stoves (what?!!!), but it's in the contract I told him. Anyway, to make a long story short, I ended up having to pay someone else to install the stove and had to ask them to reimburse me for that cost. Very disappointing experience with these ""plumbers"".
I can't say enough good things about this company! I had an appointment for one issue, and by the time the appointment came, I had another, more urgent issue. No problem, they said. Sean Hickey came out and since the issue was complicated, they allowed him to reassign his next job to someone else so he could finish our job today. The owner Terry stopped by to check on things too. Sean was prompt, polite, and made me feel very confident the job would be done correctly. The price was very reasonable. Premier Plumbing is our new plumber from now on!! Highly Recommended.
Yesterday was the first time I've used Premier Plumbing. I had a problem with a toilet and hoped they could come out the same day. I call first thing in the morning (7:45a). They took my information (name and address) and said they were making up the day's schedule right then and would call me back. To my surprise, a technician was at my door no more than 30 minutes later. Seriously! His name was Sean and I was impressed immediately. Sean was courteous, neat, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly. He even went a step further than expected to ensure the problem was fixed. Because of the prompt service, quality, along with the a great repair technician (Sean), I will definitely use them again should I have any plumbing need. I highly recommend this company if you are searching for a plumber. :)
I was charged for a repair that never occurred. Premier was called because they are one of two authorized dealers for my Rinnai water heater. When the tech arrived I was told it would be a $59 service fee and a $45 fuel charge fee. I accepted and initialed both charges. The tech then asked what code I was seeing and I told him (code 11). He never checked for a code him self. He then opened the cover of the water heater. He told be he was going to check the igniter. He removed the igniter lead and held next to the igniter port and tried to start the water heater. It started up and ran fine. I asked what he did and he said nothing, it started fine. We went inside and ran the hot water and every thing was fine. When the tech was finishing the paperwork he added a charge for $149 for a repair of the igniter. I asked him why since what he did was diagnostic and should be covered by the $59 service charge. He said that if he touches a component he has to charge for it even though he did not repair it. I would not have agreed to any additional charge had I known before hand. Also there is a line on the invoice asks for my authorization for the $149 charge which was filled in by the tech after he was done, but not initialed by me. I have the called the business several times, most times they say the owner will call me back but does not. after several calls they offered me a $149 credit against future repairs, which I declined and asked for a refund. They last told me they would back to me but have not at this time. UPDATE 10/14/16. I complained to the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. Mr. Trout's response was that he reached out to me personally and offered to refund my $149, but I declined. This is absolutely false!!! I never heard from Mr. Trout, although his staff had promised me he would contact me. I was never offered a refund only a credit which I declined. If Mr. Trout would have offered me a refund, I would not have rated him so low, nor would I have written the review that I did. It just goes to show his dishonesty as a businessman. UPDATE 11/12/16. Mr. Trout has honored my request and refunded my $149. I wish it had not taken so long to do what was right. Never the less I thank him for doing so.
