These people are crooks, completely shady. They are dishonest and don't honor new home warranty. The toiled has never flushed properly and they have come out several times and keep saying nothing is wrong. The toilet has been snaked several times and they refuse to acknowledge anything is wrong even though it does not work. I am stuck with a toilet that does not flush even though I am still within the warranty period. I would avoid this "business" and I would check with your homebuilder to see if they use them. My neighbors have all had issues with plumbing as well.

Would be a zero if possible. Employees are unprofessional and threatening. They drive like mad men, then when you try and get the number off the side of the truck try to intimidate and fight you. No way would this place ever get my business..

Premier Plumbers may be the worst plumbing house call I've ever experienced. They missed their first appointments and pushed us out 24 hours. When they arrived I paid $59 for them to tell me that they were going to charge me $400 to install a kitchen faucet that I provided! PP is extremely overpriced. I asked them to quote a dripping faucet in another room to confirm this: $600 to stop the drip. Be warned: Have your credit card ready if you call them. I declined their service, paid my $59 and sent them on their way.

So we had a friend visit us one evening and as his luck would have it, our toilet got clogged. What we realized a little later, was that this wasn't a stopped up toilet, it was a stopped up drain line. We used some Drano solution and it unclogged our drain. Or so we thought. Fast forward two weeks and our toilet stops up again. This time, I try to use an auger to unclog the drain and lucky me, the auger won't get down the drain and Drano isn't working this time.

James shows up at our door and is looking for the clean out in the yard. He can't find it - bad news but the good news is that I removed the toilet thinking I could get my auger down the drain. Well, I couldn't, but James could. He brought in his heavy duty (no pun intended) auger and promptly got all 75 feet of the cable dispensed. We started smelling "scented" methane which was a sign that the clog had been cleared. It turned out that roots had infiltrated our drain (not uncommon) and that had held up the crap (literally) from draining properly.

$281 later, we have a clog-free drain. If the toilet had not been removed (if your water has backed up significantly and you don't want all the poopy water to flood your house, he would have had to get up on the roof and that would have been $700+.

From the time he arrived to the time he left, it was about 1.5 hours and 45 minutes was looking for the cleanout outside.

They wear shoe booties and put booties on the wheels of the auger to keep your house clean.

Conclusions:
If you have a slow draining sewer line, let it drain and then call Premier Plumbers. If you don't, bail as much water as you can so you *can* remove the toilet so you can save yourself $500. Set up a siphon if you have to. It's $500! Then call Premier Plumbers.

I know that operating a business costs money. To get a fair service, you have to pay a fair price. I thought $281 was a little on the high side (that's with a $40 Wednesday special), but they did handle it quickly and with much professionalism. I would have rated it higher had it not been for the price.

If you don't want to deal with your own crap, call Premier Plumbers of Texas. They'll be happy to take care of you when the crap hits the F.
