We had a difficult leak to fix in our bathtub faucet and Ryan was immediately able to figure out the problem. I would trust Ryan to fix any plumbing issue. Besides being very knowledgeable, he was pleasant and polite.

we had them do a complete (suppose to be) re pipe. they left over 30' of copper pipe in the ceilings. just assuming we would not know . work was sloppy and poorly done . when it came time to do final hook ups , the local handi man would have done a better job . pretty sad to pay profession rates and get handi man quality work . I don't think any of them even have a license- except the owner and he never shows up or inspects their work .

I live at this rental where on Tuesday March 23rd Rick came out to fix a main break in a pipe. He totally went the extra mile to give 110% service. He was kind and even funny at times and we had a lot of fun and you could tell he really wanted to make things right and please the customer. We had a plumbing emergency (that I caused with a post hole digger!) at about 12:30 today. A call to Premier Plumbers had the extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly team of Adam and Zack here within an hour, and they had the leak fixed and the plumbing operational, at an extraordinarily reasonable cost. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of epic proportions turned into a big nothing thanks to Premier, Adam and Zack. Thanks, all!

I called Premier Plumbers and got an hourly price quote on a toilet seal. Brian was the plumber sent, and he said he had 20 years of toilet experience. The toilet took a double seal, and the installation took longer than average, BUT I watched Brian most every minute. He also spent about 20 minutes helping us troubleshoot a washlet on a different toilet before leaving. His bill, including parts, was $280, and he was here for about two hours. Brian was very efficient, and his charge was well worth his time, vs. an average of $200. Mine was a difficult prior seal to remove and Brian had no problem..
