This company installed a heating and air conditioning unit in November. In the summer the unit began to leak. Premier sent out numerous techs to check the unit. The next summer the unit leaked so badly it damaged my wall. On the 3rd time in the same week the final installer took it apart and showed me the problem. He said the unit was installed incorrectly. He was surprised to learn it was the company he was currently working for. This time the unit was finally fixed correctly and this company tried to bill me!
Subsequently, I had to file legal action. The company was found to be at fault and I was awarded damages. I am currently filing a follow up execution since they have not compensated me per court order.
Stay far, far away from this company!
