My wife and I just rented a townhome and the AC went out during the hottest portion of the summer. Phil reworked his schedule to make it to our house the very next day and stayed until it was fixed. He even gave us his personal cell to check back in with him later. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. That's the kind of service you want in a company. It was a typical situation at the beginning of the spring season and my AC/Furnace unit suddenly stopped working. I was stumped since there was no power surge or anything that would have contributed to the issue.
I had heard about Phil's company through neighbors and the glowing reviews by previous customers, so Premier Home Comfort was my first stop naturally. And I wasn't disappointed. Right from promptly returning my first call to pin-pointedly narrowing down the issue, Phil was right on the money. He is knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. Phil installed my water heater about 17 months ago, it was an emergency situation, he responded quickly and got everything done. He did a great job!! However my water heater shut off this month. Turns out the unit had a small leak. Phil stood by the warranty and promptly came and replaced the unit. It was no hassle, he took everything. I will continue using him for future services.

Phil was responsive, the most knowledgeable master HVAC tech I've had the pleasure to hire. He was willing to go above an beyond for my wishes, did an amazing job tying in my new AprilAire whole house dehumidifier. Where Phil really shined was in the energy recovery ventilation system he installed. I had a tight requirement for installation, he thought outside of the box and got the job done right! You could tell he cared about his work, as he cleaned up each day he was here, he used high quality materials and did not cheap out on any aspect of the job. Awesome customer service, polite, easy to talk to, pricing was reasonable, and with all of the great service, I decided to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan. I believe I have an HVAC rep for life!

Not only did he make diagnosing our system a priority after it went out (during a stretch of 98 degree days), but also advocated on our behalf with our home warranty company. Phil spent numerous 50+ minute calls with the warranty company getting our AC repair approved. He kept us informed every step of the way and left us fully informed as what was next. In the end Phil started his day early to finish our repair and even tuned up our 19 year old unit without charging extra. Best AC service in NOVA!!!

Few days ago, my AC was not cooling- so I called my home warranty company- they sent some mechanical company to look at the issue and that company said the coil needs to be replaced and estimated cost not covered at warranty was 4 figures.
