I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. We had an issue Christmas Eve with all the lights flicking on and off or not turning on all together. We called and without even asking if they could make an exception and come by on a holiday, Rob was here within the hour. It was fixed quickly & efficiently and Rob is by far one of the kindest people you'll come across. I would recommend this company to anyone - amazing job & really went above & beyond!!

On the day Rob was supposed to show up at my house to give me an estimate, he arrived more than half an hour early (without calling ahead), while I was away. I called him later to reschedule for another day, and this time he showed up on time. When I explained to him what I wanted installed--an outlet to hook my generator up to my well pump during power outages--he seemed unsure about how it could be done. And when I asked him whether my generator should be grounded, per the instructions that came with it, he said he wasn't sure and would research it and get back to me. As he was leaving, he said he would email me an estimate for all the work we had discussed within a few days. A week later, the estimate still hadn't materialized, so I called him to ask what was up. He told me the guy who was supposed to send me the estimate (I thought it was supposed to be Rob himself) was out of town at a wedding and would send it to me within a few more days. That was a week ago, and it still hasn't materialized. Needless to say, my confidence in this company isn't high, so I'll be going with another contractor.

I worked with Premier Electric to get an electrical issue resolved at my rental property. Rob was very helpful and very prompt with his communications. He also let me know they would coordinate with my tenants and gave me a cost break down for the job. All of which save me time and the surprise of having larger than expected bills. Very good service and very communication. Premiere Electric is capable of using text, email and phone to communicate, which not all businesses are. I will gladly use Premier Electric for my future electrical work.

I cannot say enough good about Rob and Premier Electric. We contacted him late Saturday night on a holiday weekend for help because we'd lost electricity in our brand new home and our electrician was unwilling to come help us for 4 days. We had family coming into town and we had no power in the heart of the home. Rob was kind and happily agreed to come out early Sunday morning and he worked hard until he found the problem and resolved it. It was a complicated job and Rob didn't give up until he fixed it for us. He barely charged us anything out of compassion for our situation and the complexity of what we'd been dealing with. He is an incredible electrician and compassionate person. Nothing feels better than being treated with respect and like you matter. I wish we'd hired Premier as our electricians from the start! You can't do better than this kind of customer care and excellent service!!

Premier Electric has done both complicated and simple jobs in my house. They installed and wired a new ceiling fan in my house, and you won't find nicer or more professional people anywhere. They explained everything and made sure that it was exactly what we wanted. Even better, when I decided that I could do some electric work myself and made a complete mess of my kitchen switches, Rob was completely understanding, laughed, and sent someone out right away. I'll never use any other electric service.

I've been using them for the past 7 years. Gary has been as awesome as you could ask for. Rob is quick to get back with you and very accommodating with a plan and time to get your work done. I first needed them in a pinch when the roofers didn't put the anchors back on the electrical mast on a new house I bought at auction (which was not yet insured because of the roof). Rob came out the next day and had Gary on it the day after that). He saved me a lot of headache and they were both super awesome, got everything righted and I was functional way sooner than I had hoped for. I had other electricians out prior to get some bids on what needed to be done, but after Rob and Gary's helpfulness, attentiveness, and prices I was very comfortable with - I never called another one. And in all these years - I only ever have to come back for changes I want - Gary does SOLID work and is both quick, clean, respectful and just really good at what he does. Communication is great with these guys. :)

I have been using Premier for 13 years... they have done my entire new house construction, add on branch circuits and added the disconnect and wiring for my hot tub. Rob always quotes a great price and I have been lucky enough to have Brian as my electrician.. who is not only fast, but takes an extra effort to make his work look like a professional who cares. They really are a great company in our community.

Rob and Brian were both professional and friendly in putting together my initial workplan and estimate (Rob), and getting my garage's electrical updated (Brian). Rob had great suggestions and was very quick and easy to communicate with. Brian was on time the day of the work, got everything done quickly and professionally. Seemed a little spendy (I'm pretty sure I should have gone with the hourly rate rather than a general proposal) but great service! I would definitely call them again.
