Service tech arrived it was a Sunday understand emergency call found pin leak in water line in wall installed a tiny piece of rubber over leak with a hose clamp. Spent one hour line needs to be repaired correctly, charged 500.00 never felt so ripped off.

For the love of all things holy, do not let this company enter your house. Ask her HOA what company they use and if they tell you this company, it's just better to pay for it out of pocket! I have never worked with such a poorly run company.

They deserve a negative score theses clowns where hired by my HOA sent in a fraudulent bill claiming multiple visits that never happened. I called them and they never returned my call. Avoid at all cost

Took over a month to get back to me and finally came out to look at the job and they never sent me a quote after a few follow ups. Good for absolutely nothing

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. My HOA hired these people to look at a leak in my ceiling. They cut holes in the ceiling and found a leak. However, they stated that the leak is coming from the upstairs neighbor and they weren't going to fix it because the neighbor wants to use a different plumbing service. However, they left the holes in the ceiling and didn't fix it. So now I still have a leaking pipe with two holes in my bathroom ceiling. Thanks Premier Building Services for making everything worse!
