I feel it is my obligation to share horrible experience we had with this company so others can avoid using him!

We contacted Mike (the owner) for a shower temperature control issue. He came and demanded that we gave him $500 in cash upfront for parts. Regrettably we did and he NEVER showed up again. He gave us excuses after excuses why he cant come back to replace the broken parts. He even said ""this is life, I have other commitment, deal with it!"" Finally we told him to simply drop off the materials he supposedly purchased and keep the change, we will find another plumber to finish the job. He disappeared and would not return our multiple calls and texts. I have all the proofs in writing. We are left with no choice but to proceed with legal action. Mike is totally unprofessional, he should not be in service business. He's a thief!

I found this company through home advisor, received an immediate response and made an appointment, Mike came over found the problem, gave an estimate and I gave to go ahead for the repair. A couple days later the original problem was back, I sent a text to Mike he requested information off the unit so he could order parts. He never contacted me to follow up on his botched repair, as of today I have still not heard from him. Perhaps if I stop payment on the check that would get his attention after a couple inquires I learned that this is not a licensed or insured company Home Advisor should remove Premier 1 from their listing. STAY CLEAR OF PREMIER 1 PLUMBING AND HEATING,

9/18/2020 Update: I was just informed by Rockland County Consumer Protection that this guy isn't licensed to practice in the county. You'd be wise to steer clear of Mike and Premier 1.

Original review: In short, Mike was unprofessional, unreliable, and untruthful. I have proof to back these claims. I unfortunately wasted time and money giving him my business, and am currently mulling my options for recourse. I would not recommend him.

Set up appt to have my boiler serviced. Said they would arrive at 9:30am. Day came and went, no one showed, no one called. Sounds like these reviews are accurate. Avoid this clown.

Service: Plumbing leak detection

Critical: Professionalism, Quality

Michael Polloni did many repairs at my home. He replaced the pipe under my kitchen sink and shortly afterwards the pipe was leaking again. I texted him and called him numerous times over a 4 day period and he has not returned my calls and texted me to stop calling him. In addition I emailed him and he has yet to reply. He unreliable, unprofessional, and should not have a license. He took my $$$$ and didn't resolve my issue. I have notified the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and Home Advisors. I called another plumber who fixed the issue expeditiously and professionally.
