I had a sink that was clogged for 4 days. I tried EVERYTHING to unclogg it. I called Premier 1 on Saturday. He sent Jay out the same day, on Saturday to unclogg the sink. SAME DAY!! I had called other services that told me Monday. He came RIGHT AWAY. That shows how his customer service is important to him. That meant something to me. The clogg was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Quick! Premier 1 and hopefully Jay will be my ONLY plumber from here on out. THANK YOU FOR PROFESIONAL SERVICE!!!!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I called yesterday with a clog problem and Kevin and David arrived promptly this morning. They took the time to clearly explain the possible issues and gave me options as well as letting me know the pricing upfront which I completely appreciate. (The last plumber I worked with was a master at 'last minute' additions to his estimates!).

Kevin and his team are very professional and pros at what they do. Have been using their services for many years now and they have come through regularly. His team recently complemented a project where the irrigation valves in my backyard were to be replaced along with valve changes to the incoming water line. We had a pipe break in the wall and I'm glad I found Premier 1 Plumbing. Kevin came out and look at the situation and realized that we needed remediation.

He came, looked at the broken pipe and just gave me this look like he's seen this a million times. I told him that insurance didn't cover the job as it was an old problem and he just knew what to do. Kevin said he needed some parts and left only to return in about 15 minutes. He just told me that he knew what to do and that I could return to doing my work (remote work). After about 25 minutes, he calls me down and everything is fixed! Great guy, knows his stuff and I have no doubt that pipe he fixed will last longer than the house. I called Premier 1 Plumbing to get four plumbing problems resolved. On the phone itself by describing the problem, they suggested what is likely the problem enabling me to fix by myself and for one they suggested the kitchen garbage disposer needs to be periodically replaced when I was reporting a leak at garbage disposer bottom, quoted the amount, came at prompt time, replaced in 30 minutes, examined another problem going down under the crawl space to check a pipe leak and water leaks; gave recommendations.
For the same issue some other plumber quoted thousands. Plumbing team is very experienced, honest and pleasing to deal with. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone
