He inspected the sewer line, and he provided a video of the inspection in seconds! I had a previous company give me a big quote to remove the saddle connection on the city property. I'm so thankful I called Premier 1 Plumbing. They came up with a great solution to repair my saddle without opening up the city! The technology they have is amazing! First off, Kevin and the team at Premier 1 are a joy to work with. Honest, extremely hard working and down to earth. There was no beating around the bush, just a very clear explanation of my options and his personal recommendation based off of many, many years of experience.

It's very rare to find a team as dedicated to solving a problem and doing the job the right way, one time. We knew we had to replace our main sewer line, but we did not want to have to dig up our entire backyard to get the job done. Kevin and team came in with a trenchless liner solution to solve our problem, and installed a 2 way cleanout valve while he was at it. The tools at his disposal are impressive and effective. He even brought a robot with him to be able to extend our liner past a Y joint to give us completely new sewer line all the way to the house.

Throughout the whole process Kevin kept us appraised of the situation (made more difficult by threatening rain), and at the end sent us a detailed writeup on the work that was performed, including video of the before and after work.

If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. Great people to work with and true professionals!

Kevin and Rick did a great job in rooting my main and fixing my plumbing issue in bathroom . Price quoted was $200 to snake the main and bathroom sink but there were other issues uncovered , i ended up paying $650 and I was ok with it because they fixed everything and worked 3 full hours and guarantee their work . My bathroom sink was hard to snake because it is a Y pipe and back to back with another bathroom and also on top of another bathroom so it's really important to fix it right because it affects 3 bathrooms , they work hard and try several times before deciding to cut into the dry wall , they also replaced defective parts . The price was more than triple what I expected to pay today but the work was also more because of unexpected issues so it's understandable . I'm glad it's fixed now and they warranty the parts and no draining . I give them 5 stars .

Yes please! I had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Eve and I was thinking no way in heck is someone gonna get back to me so soon. Kevin did... and I'm talking stat. His arrival was stat too.
