Kevin and his team were outstanding. My house was a mess, and they walked me though the necessary repairs which were quite complicated, but they never upsold me. I had a massive repiping project of my whole home that turned into a secondary need for electrical work in my old home Plus, they customized the features I wanted every step of the way. Many plumbers have cheated me before, but they have not.

***Yet another update*** Anyone is free to DM me to see my call logs and verify any of this with witnesses that were on site that day. Thank you***I have to imagine most of their five star reviews are purchased reviews because this company is nothing like what they say and we found them to be highly dishonest. They showed up late at the property never notifying us they would be running late. Fair enough, many contractors, however they gave a quote for the job, and I clarified 2 times right then and there that it was for the 4 issues to be repaired. The worker said Yes. We agreed to have them do the repairs. The worker said he needed to start right away and shut off the water, I asked for 4-5 minutes before they turned off the water. I came out of the house and they were gone but left their gigantic truck parked in our driveway, blocking anyone from leaving. We waited, waited, waited, called and called the office to find out where they were and they simply vanished. Finally received a call from the worker telling us he was at the store because he had to get the parts and then lied about what the repair was. Based on his new story, the quote he gave was only for 1 of the 4 we needed repaired, AND his quote for that was 3X any other quote we received. Will not do business with them and almost had to tow their car because they left it there even after they said they were coming to get it. We found them dishonest and shady. BTW They do have people who are paid to write reviews, and this in my opinion are the favorable reviews for this company. *****UPDATE***** I have been receiving nonstop phone calls and messages from this company claiming in BOLD to me that they are a Christian Company and that my review is false, this review is NOT false, it was a terrible experience with this company and we were lied to about how much the repairs would cost and when they would begin work. Period. I have asked them in writing to stop harassing me. Is this how they ""maintain 5 star reviews"" by harassing everyone that gives an honest review? Or do they buy them? I don't know but hopefully they will stop harassing me.

Asked these guys to replace two toilet seats, fix a running toilet, and a leaky faucet. out of everything all they could do was put ONE toilet seat on crooked at that, did something else to toilet that WASNT NEEDING ANY ATTENTION (they took it upon themselves to fix what they felt necessary I guess) and whatever they did to our running toilet actually broke it further and now you can't flush. Honestly the worst service I've ever received.

Kevin and his team came same day and within 2hrs of calling. Turned out the project was a bit bigger than expected - they were going to have to saw into the house from outside to get to the leak and replace old rusted pipes. Came home 5hrs later to no leak, a clean kitchen, and a seamless re-patch on the outside. Total pros.

I was having problems with my garbage disposal and came across Premier 1 Plumbing Burbank. They had great reviews and I decided to give them a shot. It was super easy to make an appointment, the woman I spoke with was very friendly, communicative and answered all of my questions. The guys showed up right on time, were super friendly. Instead of doing a more expensive job, the guys' gave me other options. They fixed the disposal and saved me money. I highly recommend.
