Corey came out to move a bathtub drain a couple of inches and to install the new tub. A helper showed up and broke out the concrete. Corey left and came back later. They both had to leave at 1:30 and stated that they had 15 more minutes of work on the drain and wanted to come back the next day (July 4th). We told them that we had company coming so we would wait till Monday, but they insisted that the helper would come @ 8:30 or 9 and would be done in 15 minutes.He didn't show until 10:30 and stayed for 1 1/2 hours because he kept having a leak. We had to keep turning the water on and off at the main valve even though we had company over for lunch. Then he handed us a bill even though the work was not complete. The work done till this point was $1070...for moving a drain. We had called the office and asked for the cost and was told $130 per hour, however we were charged $180 per hour for the 4 1/2 hours on the 3rd and $140 per hour for the 1 1/2 hours on the 4th.
We called the office and asked the office manager how much for 1 plumber (her answer was $130) and how much for 2 plumbers (she said $150).
When we questioned them about charging inflated charges, their answer was they got more because they came in 2 trucks. Really???
Now no one will return our calls, the drain was not moved to the correct place (they were 2 inches off in one direction and 1 inch off in the other direction, so the drain for the new tub still did not fit.) We had to alter the base of the tub to accommodate their mistake. 2 1/2 weeks later they still have not shown up to finish the job and they will not return our phone calls.
Very bad customer service. Poor workmanship.
