I was worried about one issue - a possible difficult pipe problem. When they came out they did so quickly, and not only figured out where and what the problem is, but also noticed that my boiler's controller is leaking gas. The smell was always there (new house, lived there less than 6 months), but it was faint enough I couldn't recognize what it is (never smelled it before). I had two other plumbers open the same closet in other visits over this time and no one paid attention to it.

They explained my options for both of my issues, and were honest and clear about the urgency levels of each issue, which helped me make informed choices. They even took on calling the warranty phone line for replacement parts for me.
They unclogged the problem that originally brought me here, recently made the repair to the boiler(smell and the scare is gone, yay!), and corrected an improper main line connection that came up in the pre-inspection, so now I have easy to turn valves in vase of an emergency. Quick quality work

For those concerned about pricing I definitely heard cheaper from some, but it left me unsure about the quality before - The plumbers coming out for this company were friendly, attentive, and did quality work.

They were timely and that's the best we will say. Cost to replace a gasket at bottom of toilet tank was $370 or so and it took them less than 10 minutes. Price to put on a new 3/4 Insinkerator quoted at $800+ which we passed on. Getting it done by Home Depot for less than half that amount. The two guys spent most of the hour talking, talking, talking at us and one guy kept looking in the mirror at his hair. Felt like they were trying to convince two dumb women to spend way more money than is necessary. I figure they thought they had us fooled, but we only did the toilet because it was leaking. All the other work is going to be done by Home Depot. I wouldn't use this company if you have price considerations and no, this wasn't emergency pricing, nor were their parts a better quality. Rip off.

Grant stopped out and did a great inspection of our home. I was expecting him just to look at the service we called about (hot water valve under sink needed to be replaced) but did a full inspection of our plumbing in our new home. Helped us learn more about our setup which was great for someone new to home ownership. Did good work and prices were reasonable.

When visiting my elderly parents (father is disabled), I noticed they had a lot of issues with their toilets as well as difficulty operating the bathroom faucet. I did a YELP search and am glad I found Preferred Professional Plumbing.

Prior to their arrival, I bought 2 toilets at the local big box hardware store. Grant and Nicholas arrived and installed 2 extra height toilets and a replacement bathroom faucet - both critical to help with my father's disability. They spent a significant amount of time explaining things to me, assisted with bringing the very heavy toilets up to the bathrooms, discarded all trash and left the place clean, and most importantly, successfully installed everything I needed. They were also very flexible and understanding when I had to run back and forth to the store as one of the toilets was broken out of the box and needed to be swapped.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Preferred Professional Plumbing again. They were there for my parents and I when we needed them. Thank you so much.

I contacted Preferred Professional Plumbing after waking up to dirt in my shower and two toilets that would not flush. I also had a slight smell coming from my laundry drain. Not taking any chances, I submitted a service request through Yelp. The manager messaged me back. Their service call was the cheapest and they were also able to get someone out to me within 3 hours.

Nicolas (2 year apprentice) and Grant (17 years licensed) came out. They greeted me at the door, shook my hand, and requested permission to enter my home. Grant was hilarious. After fixing my outside clog (see attached videos), they also unclogged my bathroom draining by cleaning it, and most importantly Grant worked some magic and got my shower pressure to be TWICE good. That alone was worth the visit.

I hope I don't have to see these guys any time soon, but if so, I highly recommend their service.
