I have been looking for a great plumber for a while. And I put up a post on facebook union forum to find one. Matt Carr was the most referred. So I called him up to fix my kitchen sink which was leaking for about 6 months. Not only was he very good but explained everything that he was doing and replaced the bad parts. He was fast and reasonably priced. So while at my house I asked him to check out another issue I was having and made an appointment for the following Friday and he replaced my whole basement sink and it came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend his services

Matt and his assistant came out to replace 2 faucets for me, the same day I called him. They came in with masks and shoe coverings on. Matt explained everything that needed to be done with upfront pricing which was very fair. They did an outstanding job and went over everything with me in detail. He cares about his work as if it is his own home. I highly recommend his services and will be sure to call him again whenever I have plumbing needs.

After having several companies try to fix and clean my hvac system, this was the only one that was able to get the problem resolved. It's been almost 1 year (hot and cold) and the system is still working. They fixed it for reasonable price. Cleaned the mess the prior company left (water pooled under) And even returned to rewire it for free, and told me to call after I test the heat if it's not working (winter was approaching). He really cares. I will only use this company for any future issues. Highly recommend them. Fast reply and awesome customer service!!!!

Matthew came out to our house because I was told our a/c was broken and couldn't be fix. We were only expecting to get a quote to replace the a/c. Instead, Matt was actually able to fix our unit so we could get through the summer and then gave us a really good quote for whenever we were ready to replace our unit. We really appreciated his honesty and candor. He was very knowledge and made us feel very comfortable with the options he presented. Our heater gave out the night before and it had just snowed, so it was very cold outside. I called Matthew at Preferred Plus the following morning and him and his dad showed up to fix the problem. I have to say the only person I trust with repairs to my home is with preferred home repair. Matthew, the owner, is reliable, friendly, and trusting. He arrives on time and is always ready to take on any repair. The first repair was to replace my hot water heater. Funny that same day my kitchen pipe bursted and he was able to fix it all in one day! The second time I needed help, Matthew was able to arrive immediately the next day when we were available to fix our air conditioning. Both jobs were emergent and he readily took on the job. He is an expertise in his field and knows what he is doing. So glad to have a contact like him in my book!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I was so happy with the work that was done by Matthew at Preferred Plus. We had a furnace humidifier and dishwasher installed as well as other electrical and plumbing services done.

Preferred Plus offers a large variety of services which makes it very convenient. No longer do you have to search for separate companies to do different things..you can have it all done by Preferred Plus. Matthew offers almost all services when it comes to heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, handy work, and remodeling projects. If there is a problem with your home Matthew will find a solution and fix it. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a polite person. More importantly, he is a perfectionist and when he takes you through the job once its complete you can tell he does quality work. He is going to treat your home as if it were his which is hard to find. If there is something that is wrong or needs updating with your home he is going to do a great job at a great price.

I am going to definitely use him for more services in the future ie. bathroom remodeling, plumbing, and heating needs that I need to get done this year. 100% recommend Preferred Plus!
