I paid $140 to get a leak under my sink fixed. They have been here twice already and my sink is still leaking. They're not picking up my calls anymore.

First, I'd like to put out there that the work done on my house was very good so I have no issue with the plumbers' work, itself.

What I do take issue with is the latest job where I was billed nearly $90 for a part I didn't order. (A kit was mistakenly ordered instead of a part, so I was forced to pay for the whole kit.) When I tried to bring this to their attention, I was shut down by the (woman) desk clerk so they wouldn't even consider my request to talk about the issue.

I filed a BBB complaint but they didn't even have the courtesy (or sense) to respond to it.

Finally, multiple times I scheduled work and was told that plumbers would be on-site at the time, but often bumped because of other pressing jobs. Once, it's forgivable, but multiple times...not.
