P.S. my pipe was replaced with new copper pipe by other plumber and it took him 30 min to fix it and cost me 300$.

Be aware of this plumbers. This guys are scammers. Changed me 300$ to open a wall and tell me I have a little hole they cannot fix. But instead they want to replace all pipes in the house.

Been using this company for almost 10 years. We woke up Tuesday to a flooded front yard. Called up Preferred Plumbing and they sent John 97 out. He was very communicative and detailed of what needed to be done including showing me broken pieces and timeline expectations. Very friendly and was able to get our main water line fixed. Needed pipes replaced. Old Cast Iron. Eric Adams from Preferred came out. Did a through inspection. Quoted me an excellent price to replace the pipes after running a camera through the lines showing me the tree roots and the pipe decomposing internally. He worked mostly by himself on the job. Took him two days and a lot of hours. Eric did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. I told him that he was my GO TO GUY from now on. I am not sure what problems everyone else has had with this company , but I can assure you that when you call, ask for Eric Adams. YOU WON'T

I had a serious water heater issue. Within a few hours the technicians were at my home. They were very professional. (The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the total cost.) I believe the names of the technicians were Greg and Mike.

My toilet was leaking from the bottom. I called Preferred Plumbing and Tony # 74 came to my house promptly. Tony was very polite and courteous from the minute I opened the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was and what needed to be fixed and replaced. Tony # 74 gave me an accurate estimate which I agreed to. He quickly fixed the problem and my toilet was in good working condition again. Tony had great customer service skills and I would definetely recommend Tony # 74 if you are in need of a plumber. He is both extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Once he inspected the shower and discovered what he needed to do, he told us what he needed to do and kept us informed every step of the way. Our tub drain got clogged a couple days ago and stopped draining completely. It left pool of water for hours at a time before it went down. Brad stopped by in less than an hour after we called which was also 7:30 at night!He was able to clear the drain in 10 minutes. The whole thing was quick and painless and less than an hour! Responsive and reliable and we got a discount! Can't say enough good things! Very professional and friendly, well rounded in experience! Highly recommend! Saved the day !
