Toilet over flooded at 10 pm. Called and was told they would be out here in 45 minutes. They got here in about 20 minutes. Quick and effective work. Highly recommend. Worth the price.

Great service today from Paul Rea at Preferred Plumbing. Arrived right on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and got our kitchen sink clog, which required snaking the drain from outside the house, cleaned out in no time. I've used Preferred Plumbing before and on each occasion was met by friendly people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend them.

Shower and toilet backed up Halloween night.....what a mess for everyone. Four companies called and no one could respond until I called Preferred Plumbing. They dispatched Tony # 74 who expertly cleared the system. The cost was reasonable as well.

Had Bell Blahthers out to snake my sewer line for roots, they did not clear the line. Called next day to get them out to complete the job correctly, they do not guarantee line clearance and wanted to charge me again. Eff that! Called Preferred, they had a Tech there within 2 hours, cleared the line, and I have a 30 day warranty on root blockage!! Connor #29 was a personable, capable Tech. Grateful to PP&D for a job well done!!
