Made an appointment for 12 noon. No one showed up. I called and they said they had called me at 8am and didn't hear back. The phone did ring 3 times at 7:58am but no message was left. I had no idea who had called. They said they had a technician that could come out this evening. (To work on outside drains??) They had no explanation as to why they were not able to keep the appointment at noon other than they had a technician available at 8 am. Guess I should have read the reviews before I made an appointment with them.

I had an appointment with one of their plumbers Thursday, he didn't show up. They made another appointment for Friday, no one showed up. I made a third appointment for Saturday (today) at 10:30AM. It's 3PM and I still don't have a plumber. I called about an hour and a half ago. I was told the manager would call me back, but no one has called.
My problem is a failed bathtub drain (second floor bathroom) repair. Preferred installed a new drain but it failed causing gallons of water to run down the wall and flood my first floor living room and entrance way. The wood floor and carpet are goners, and the wall may or may not be salvageable.
I've been on the phone with them a half dozen times over the last few days, but they don't seem to care enough to keep an appointment or have a manager call me back.
So I stayed up most of the night Wednesday cleaning up a mess they made for me, burned two days of vacation waiting for their plumber who didn't show up, and didn't go out with my family today because I was still waiting for nothing.

Call another company! Seriously. Don't risk it.
The plumber that arrived was rude and made inappropriate comments about the business that we operate. He billed for a toilet snake, but as it turns out he actually never brought a single tool into our facility. Of course, the very next day the problem reoccurred. It was extremely difficult to get Preferred Plumbing to correcting their shoddy work the next day. Finally, after endless back and forth, we got somebody out to clear the toilet clog at no additional charge.

No apology for the behavior of the first plumber and no response to being billed for a service that was not received. Oh, to top it off...the toilet is plugged again. Three days is a row. Something is amiss and Preferred has yet to fix the issue.

This company is NOT Preferred. Do not use them!

I had kitchen drain plugged up during Thanksgiving. Called Preferred the next day. They were very professional on the phone. I got a rate quote set up an appointment-_within two hours Brandon showed up. He was very professional and courteous. Took his time and got the job done...drain unplugged at about 25 feet into the pipe. They also have a 30 day warranty - no charge if the drain should plug up within that time frame.

4 stars instead of 5 because I was given different quotes from different people, and I was also told all of their people are plumbers...which they are not. They are plumber's trainee technicians...which in this case I did not mind. I did not like the fact that I was not told the entire truth on the phone.

Almost 2 hours late was my initial beef (and no call from company--I had to call them twice to figure out where they were) but the amount of unprofessionalism that arrived at my door had me calling a competitor company and appt booked by the time Preferred Tech was shown my door...no identifying vehicle, the Tech had no company outfit or identifying info on him, demeanor was hardly reassuring...and I was told by the Tech that he could tell I had attitude when I told him no go...well, Yeah! Not impressed...

Wow, great company! Called them late in the evening and asked for a plumber for a morning appt, no problem, they had a tech (Tom) there first thing in the morning. Tom was absolutely awesome, really analyzed the problem, explained what he was doing, and gave me great feedback. He was also very polite and nice. This will be my go to plumber for the future for sure! Highly recommend them.

Was goin to rate 5 Stars but encountered a few problems. Needed immediate help prior to leavin for Hawaii. Plumbers came out & put my mind @ ease by Cutting hole in wall to bathtub faucet repair. Unfortunately, I came home to Saturated Carpet...Called Plumber & the Company (Cagon) who rescheduled return visits repeatedly Finally, different Plumber came & said source of leak was toilet not tub? He called Cagon for guidance & was told it was a different problem = More Money? Considering this guy was aware of ongoing scheduling & repair frustration, I found that absolutely absurd! Nonethess I subsequently spoke with Manager JORDAN who was very Kind & Apologetic. He explained staffing & service concerns of which I appreciated. He (JORDAN) also rightfully Authorized Repair @ No further cost. It is Jordans INTEGRITY that earned these Stars. Hopefully I have no more leaks but if so will definitely consider repeat business with P.P...

We needed help installing a new faucet in our kitchen sink. After calling Preferred Plumbing, a plumber was dispatched to our home within a hour-and-a-half after our call for help. The plumber Eric, and an intern who accompanying him, was friendly, was experienced and knowledgeable. He completed the job in just 30 minutes and the new faucet is up and running.

Noticed a problem after everyone was closed ( of course ), so I called Preferred because their ad said 24 hrs. Unfortunately for my case, someone was not available for the problem I was having. However, I did have appoint first thing in the morning. The office called to confirm the situation and the guy arrived on time. The repairman did indicate it is still under warranty so he called the company and ordered the part for us. Took one day to receive. After the repair of the pilot light assemble for our hot water heater, we still noticed a strong had smell. We then called the office back and they were able to get me an appointment same day after work!! The ladies are very nice and communicative with the customers.
