I can not believe the incredibly awful service I never received from these people. I must have been told 6 times a plumber was on his way, over the course of two days, for an emergency service. When someone (apparently) did show up, they claimed we weren't home (which wasn't true) and left. They never called to let us know they were here and they never reported it to their dispatcher. Then I finally get an actual appointment, and still no one shows up. I call and they tell me they had an emergency plumbing situation. I was an emergency situation and why didn't anyone call me to let me know the plumber couldn't make the appointment? She said and I quote ""oh, you're just residential and this was a business so they take priority."" So basically, screw your appointment, we get more money from the company so you'll have to continue waiting. I finally found another company that was there within 20 minutes. Read all the negative reviews for this company because I literally experienced every single one of them. I don't even know why I kept trying. Their only reason for deserving 1 star is because 2 of the ladies I spoke with were very polite, but polite does me no good when everything else is going wrong.

Ben did a great job fixing our toilet and sink. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified several issues while he was here, and fixed them all. He asked for cleaning supplies as he worked and thoroughly cleaned up after himself when finished.

My water heater failed and, of course, I was in a panic. John and Nate came to inspect. After some discussion it was decided the 18 year old unit would be replaced. The next day the new one was installed. It wasn't an easy installation. John and Nate were wonderful! As they worked, they explained the process and why they were taking certain steps. They also took time to get to know me. It was such a pleasant experience. Even when they faced challenges with the install (it had to be brought to current code) they were positive, professional and personable. AND they cleaned up the worksite when finished! What was a stressful time for me (needing a new water heater) turned out to be a great experience. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends! Thank you John (007) and Nate! I'd also like to give a shout out to Jessica, in the office, for excellent customer service as well. Preferred Plumbing and Drain you have an amazing team!

WTF happened to ""FREE ESTIMATE""?? I told the dispatcher that I had issues with my dishwasher not draining and she said they fix dishwashers. I knew there was not a clog from the dishwasher to the faucet area where it drains. The clog was IN THE DISHWASHER! My original appointment was a 9 am. I received a phone call saying that the service technician they sent out does not have a snake in his truck so they had to reschedule me between 12 -1 pm for another tech. They said that I'd receive a phone call 45 minutes before my appointment time so I can come back to the house. I called around 11:15 am to confirm my appointment. The girl said, ""Oh ya, let me follow up on that."" When she got back on the line, she said the service technician started at noon and would be at the house before 1 pm. The service guy comes on time, very nice guy, BTW. I told him what the issue was and he said that it sounded like an ""appliance"" issue, not a plumbing issue, but that he'd check things out. Already knowing where my problem was, I did not expect him to find any issues with the faucet or the disposal. He went to his truck, made a call and was told to charge me a $99 diagnostics fee. I already told dispatch watch the problem was that I was having. I knew I should've stuck with Roto-Rooter!

I had a dire emergency where my hot water valve exploded and flooded my laundry room and down stairs into my kitchen and pantry through the ceiling. This happened on a Sunday afternoon. They were courteous and immediately came out to assess things. Charles and John were fantastic. They explained everything that needed to be repaired or replaced and throughly explained why and kept me informed every step of the way. They stayed very late to make sure that everything was done properly and I had water again. They noticed one minor issue and came back the next morning to resolve it. They took no short cuts in their work and were very conscientious and meticulous to make sure that everything was done right. Highly recommend this company if you want it done right and efficient.
