We had a plumbing emergency when our washer/dryer drainage pipe started to leak in the wall, after sending out a request for 24/7 plumbers, Preferred Plumbing & Drain were the first to respond with a tech ready to be dispatched within the next morning.

Our tech arrived and got right to work, assessed the situation and had the parts on hand to cut/replace the broken pipe causing the leak. After about an hour and a half the job was done and we could use our washer without any concerns of damage in our walls. We appreciate the rapid response and job well done!

I sent a note on Friday evening about a leak and expected clog in my drains. I received an answer within 5 minutes and received a call shortly thereafter and had two gentlemen come to my house Saturday morning exactly when they were expected. Eduardo and Matt were wonderful. They explained what had to be done, gave me an estimate and proceeded to get the work done right away. They were masked and gloved and made the whole process feel very safe. I am completely pleased with this company start to finish! Well done

I'm being generous and giving them 2 stars because they responded quickly. For service it should be 1 star. They showed up late at night on December 22 and replaced the water heater on December 23rd, so the bonus star.

The plumber who they sent seemed to barely know what he was doing. He had to repeatedly leave for parts he didn't have. Because of the upcoming holiday and folks coming over we had him replace the water heater. He had to leave a couple of dozen times for parts he didn't have. He was missing a bolt he didn't finish the earthquake strap. It took more than a week of harassing their home office to get someone to come out.

Because it was an emergency repair he had 30 days after the fact to complete a permit. After calling again and again and again, no permit. My next step is a formal complaint against their pluming license with the CA Department of Consumer Affairs.

2 stars is generous, maybe undeserving generous.

Our toilet broke they where on time to fix it, and did a great job at a reasonable price. I'd use them again for any plumbing needs

Both our kitchen and bathroom sinks were backed up to the point that they wouldn't drain at all. We called Preferred Plumbing and they had a technician, Eduardo, out to our house very promptly. He was a very polite young man and did a great job. We would happily use their services again. Thank you Eduardo and Preferred Plumbing.

5/5, reasonable price, prompt response from the company and they also followed up with us when they were about to arrive. My family is very satisfied. Edwardo Alverado did an amazing job and he is very knowledgeable. Since they take per hour pay he worked very efficiently and timely to make sure we won't have to spend more than what we expected. So far, from many other companies I tried to get an estimate, preferred plumbing and drain provided the most affordable service with professionalism and honesty. Did I mention that they have a month warranty for their work? Amazing!
Would definitely call them again for any related service in the future!

I live in Concord and today I called preferred pluming and as usual they were able to help me within a few hours. This time Dave (#18) came over and solved a very difficult problem of attaching my sink basin to the counter. I have a very heavy ceramic basin and he did a beautiful job. He was efficient and followed all the CDC guidelines. Thank you Dave and Preferred Plumbing for helping me out again when I needed help quickly!
