We are on day 2 of waiting for Preferred plumbing to come out. Wasted 2 days waiting on them to call back had to call them over 5 times. They were supposed to be out here at 1:00 then 3:00 then 5:00, then 1:00-2:00 today, then call at 2:00 and say they are having issues with trucks, will NOT EVER recommend this company to anyone.

I first called Roto-Rooter and was met with a very nasty woman on the phone. I quickly hung up and looked ta my approved vendor list and Preferred Plumbing was second on my list.

A woman answered and she was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. I had called around 4:30 pm regarding our bathroom drain backflowing (super gross). She set up a service call and they arrived about 2.5 hours later (which was perfect for me!) Chase came out and found the problem, which was a stupid baby wipe that someone had flushed down. Pro tip: don't flush any type of wipe, even if it says they're ok to flush.

He left and stated someone would be back in the morning to fix another problem he found with our power flush thing (idk what it's called). So in the AM, Wilson came back and said the power flush was fine, however, he noticed our sink was clogged (it was), and fixed that for me since he was already there.

Both guys were total sweethearts. Very kind and efficient and were able to answer all of my questions.

If I ever have a problem with my plumbing or drains, they are going to be my FIRST choice for now on. Thanks, guys!!

Oh also: the price was very reasonable. Less than $300 for everything including both days. 10/10 would recommend!

I can not believe the incredibly awful service I never received from these people. I must have been told 6 times a plumber was on his way, over the course of two days, for an emergency service. When someone (apparently) did show up, they claimed we weren't home (which wasn't true) and left. They never called to let us know they were here and they never reported it to their dispatcher. Then I finally get an actual appointment, and still no one shows up. I call and they tell me they had an emergency plumbing situation. I was an emergency situation and why didn't anyone call me to let me know the plumber couldn't make the appointment? She said and I quote ""oh, you're just residential and this was a business so they take priority."" So basically, screw your appointment, we get more money from the company so you'll have to continue waiting. I finally found another company that was there within 20 minutes. Read all the negative reviews for this company because I literally experienced every single one of them. I don't even know why I kept trying. Their only reason for deserving 1 star is because 2 of the ladies I spoke with were very polite, but polite does me no good when everything else is going wrong.

Ben did a great job fixing our toilet and sink. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified several issues while he was here, and fixed them all. He asked for cleaning supplies as he worked and thoroughly cleaned up after himself when finished.
