I called Preferred Plumbing to fix a sink drain plug, bath tub valve, and a small drip in the master bathroom. The guy came and fixed the sink drain plug for $400 which is expensive and tub valve for $500. He did not fix the shower but did make it much worse for a cost of $500. He said it needed a new cartridge, valve, and shower head. He did not have any of the parts so had to visit the store and of course I paid for his time to get the parts. He came back, installed everything and it started heavily leaking. I called them again to fix it and now I am waiting for them to return. I have a few homes and rental properties and so far these folks have been a nightmare. The phone staff is extremely courteous and professional and has assured me they will send a more experienced plumber. I will post again to see if they actually resolve the issue. It has been ~3 weeks so far.

When the toilets in the employee bathrooms backed up and flooded the breakroom of our Modesto office Preferred Plumbing & Drain came out, provided an affordable estimate and got to work. A few hours later (after finding some interesting items in our pipes) we were back in business.

Shout out to their amazing team for being fast, friendly and leaving the bathroom in better shape than when they got there.

Recently did a renovation on a home and we bought a new vanity, along with a sink. They were able to help with the installation of the sink since it was giving us a problem and repiping was necessary. This wasn't something I knew how to do, so after calling around we decided to call them because of their reviews. I think they did a great job, the sink and vanity now fit and I don't see any problems. Would call them again if needed.

Not knowing the first thing about plumbing, I had a leak that was coming from under my sink. At first the leak was very minimal but then it started to come out onto the tile, so I opened the cabinets and thought it was coming from the sink. When I called these guys to come out to my San Jose home, they ended up telling me it was the garbage disposal. The home I own is 40+ years old and the disposal looked old and outdated. They were able to go to the parts store and get a replacement. It didnt take long for them to remove the existing disposal and replace it with the new one. We didn't have to wait to long, but when the water was flowing in the sink everything appeared to work well and there was no leak. I think they did a really good job and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Would recommend if you had a problem similar to mine

I had called 6 local companies as I'm a firm believer in helping my small businesses, out of the 6, 1 told me he didn't have time and had too many jobs, another one told me he charges 120 to even walk on my property and 4 didn't return my call. So I called this company, the lady who took my information told me Steve would be out within an hour. Steve arrived in less then an hour, dressed nicely and very professional. He had to crawl under my house to figure out what was going on, which he did without any issues. It appears my issue isn't with plumbing but with an HVAC issue. However he took a look around and noticed another leak and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work that needs to be done. I'd recommend Steve for great service.

Steven was professional and I received quick service. I was quoted $750 for a leak coming from my shower. So far I don't have any issues or concerns about this company

Last week we had a very bad leek under our house that we could not get Jordan plumbing to fix because they where afraid of the bugs and flies. So I called out Preferred plumbing and they sent out Robert who did a great job and had it fixed in about 4 hrs. He also found that it was a water line not a sewer line as Jordan's claimed. I would use them again.

I have used Preferred Plumbing for 3 years - When I transferred from Reno Nevada to Turlock CA. At first glance I wasn't impressed as they arrived in personal trucks, and no uniforms. However, after dealing with DeHart, Mainline and 1 other company, Preferred Plumbing was far out the BEST company. As you know that old saying ""Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover"" is VERY TRUE. I have used this Preferred Plumbing ever since on personal and business. Never ONE TIME have I had to call them back out on a job they've completed. Yes they are a little higher than Most.. But again, Mom always said you get what you pay for... And with Preferred Plumbing You get more than that.. YOU GET Quality Work and Peace of Mind.
I have had the privilege to work with most of their plumbers and every one of them are HONEST and RESPECTFUL.
