The plumbing in my apartment complex is a modification for which there is no replacement parts known by Ferguson's Plumbing Supply, the supervisors, or the other plumbers of the company. But, Brandon #42 and his supervisor used their own time after work to find a workable part for my bathroom sink.
But, because it was such a difficult setup, it look longer and more work than the property management company was willing to pay. Unfortunately, this company had to eat the cost although it was all no fault of theirs or my plumber.
Good to know there are still good people and upstanding companies around.

We had an issue the other evening and needed to give Preferred Plumbing & Drain a call. It was after 5 p.m. and immediately we were concerned about the cost.of an after hours call. Well Brandon (Service Tech #28) came out and worked quite late in the dark on getting our drains cleared enough that we would be fine thru the evening and able to get ready for work in the morning. He came back the following afternoon and in no time was able to complete the job in a very timely and efficient manner. And as it turned out the cost was not bad at all (especially for 2 visits). In fact we were quite pleasantly surprised and should a need arise in the future we will not hesitate to call Preferred Plumbing & Drain. Thank You again Brandon.

Alex was my plumber today and can I just say he was very helpful and informative! He arrived on time which is always a good start. Alex kept me informed on what he discovered and how he was going to resolve the issue. Once the task was done we did some test runs to ensure the plumbing issue was resolved. He made sure he cleaned up after himself and suggested some preventative practices to help save me money down the road! I defiantly recommend Alex and the company he works for.

I had preferred plumbing come out for a leaking shower I was given an estimate of $275. It seemed a little high but I gave them the OK to do the job. Big mistake! after he took the shower apart he changed the price to $750. That I could either pay or Be left with no water in the whole house. I had no choice but to pay. Now I can try to patch the hole they left in my wall. They said they don't Repair the sheet rock they tear up.

My hot water went out at my house so I looked online to see who could come fix it fast. I saw that preferred plumbing said it would have someone at my house within 60 minutes. When I called they also confirmed with me that they would have someone at my house within an hour. That call was at 1:15pm finally at 5:15pm I was tired of waiting so I called back they told me there technician could be at my house in another 45 minutes. I waited 4 hours for nothing. I called to complain but it didn't seem to matter to anyone. I just decided to cancel with them and look for another company. Wasted half my day.

I called Preferred Plumbing and Drain and immediately sent Joe Hernandez #12 within the hour to give me an estimate about my clogged kitchen sink. Joe the plumber is the ultimate professional and take pride of his work. He was honest enough to tell me that the job will only take less than an hour and the company charge $145.00/ hour. Needless to say I was very happy with the job he did and I would recommend this company to anyone I know who need a plumber they can trust.

Joe, Sal and Frank came out to our house and dug up all the pipes that led from our house to the city line and replaced them. The pipes were old and collapsing and almost flattened. They replaced the pipes with new ones and got everything running. They did a great job and we got our plumbing back.

Came in to replace a sink and was quoted $200. They broke some of the tile as they were removing the sink. They then wanted $50 more to replace the tile and for materials. He told me he had the tools were in the truck to replace the tile and that he would go to home depot to get the tile. After it was all said and done they tried to charge me $384 for the job. $84.99 for materials to replace 2 5x5 pieces of tile. Not to be trusted.
