Loved them in the past, but just called them today, and got VM that they are permanently closed

I have a rental property and my usual plumber was not available so I called Preferred Plumbing. The main reason for the call was a tenant's kitchen sink was completely clogged so they were unable to use the sink. Preferred gave me a quick estimate on the phone. The got to the property a little over an hour later and they called to confirm the price with me after looking at the sink. They were quick, the cost was a little less than I expected to pay and the best part was they communicated with me. I called and they picked up the phone! Even my regular plumber often doesn't pick up and only calls me back a couple of hours later. The plumber also mention there were two dripping faucets, so I had him fix those also. No surprises, they just got the job done at a good price.
