Overworked and under paid Ryan the Owner Is a scam I worked here for almost 5 years. I quit not too long ago after Ryan did not approve my vacation. As a worker I can tell you Perfferr Plumbing sucks we do shitty work. The company takes any shortcut they can take to save a quick buck. No quality work STAY AWAY!!!

Had appointment for between 10am to Noon; no call, so I call them and get updated that the plumber will be there at 3pm. It is now 5:22pm and no call. Crapping way to do business. At least call your customers. Please do not use Perferred Plumbing. I wish I can get them ZERO stars.

Well even sooner than expected I had another plumbing job and I called back for a completely new request mid-July: my propane installation required that lines be buried in a precise location underground, according to the very cordial ""Kamps Propane"" (also great enough service for my yelp...in case you are looking)

The job was scheduled shortly after Freddie came over to give me an estimate for the digging, to which I tacked on a shower head and drain install to round my bases..

The extremely helpful attitude and knowledge were appreciated, and Freddie is a pleasure to communicate details with. He has provided great, no fantastic service each time he has been to my home, 3 times now, and I am even further convinced that I have found my forever-plumbers! The work was done very fast, Gustavo was also a pleasure and they make a strong team, as I am sure the Preferred Plumbing crew has heard over and over!

I have been routinely disappointed in plumbers I have met as a renter, at the mercy of a landlord with no idea how to be discerning and repeatedly sent very rude, late or no-show ""plumbers"" and somehow I thought there was a glitch in the system, why can't I find a professional with a dependable staff? Well, as the lady of the land, I don't ever ask a failing company to visit more than once... If the job was done barely, poorly, or with inconveniences at my expense, that is unacceptable.

I own a business, I love what I do! The same goes for these guys!

Our water main broke, and I needed help fast. Called a couple of other places and they couldn't come out right away. But Preferred Plumbing came out within about 20 minutes of my call, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, answered all my questions, and got the work done quickly. I was totally pleased with the service and the pricing. We will definitely call them for all our future plumbing needs.

I had a shower that kept clogging on me so I gave these guys a call. I was a bit hesitant because I couldn't get a price over the phone, but they came out the same day and snaked the drain in 5 minutes. Problem solved, and at a fair price (even took a credit card). I'd definitely use them again when I have plumbing issues.

I've never yelped before but felt compelled to throw this one out there. I contacted Preferred Plumbing 2 timex in hopes of getting an estimate and NO ONE ever got beck to me. To me, that sends a message. When possible, I try to stay away from lackadaisical customer service.
