Great service and on a Sunday too when most of the other plumbing services were closed. David was very knowledgeable and courteous. Arrived on time to fix a leak in the bathroom and knew immediately the cause of the leak was to the very high water pressure. Wished I had called him sooner. Could have saved some money on repairs on the leak in the pipes in the yard.

Called them because of low water pressure on a few of our faucets.. they gave me advice over the phone and helped me fix it myself! Have some other issues that aren't urgent will definitely be calling back soon.

Robert came promptly to fix the issue I was having with my toilet. He quickly figured out what the problem was and walked me through how to fix it. I was impressed sign the prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service, especially because it was later in the evening. I have called other 24 hour plumbing services and had to wait up to two hours. Robert was here within a half hour and quickly knew what to do. Thank you for the great job! I will definitely call again!

Labor Day weekend Sunday. Emailed a couple companies for availability to come replace a ball valve which failed resulting in needing to turn off all the water to the house.
First company (which was highly recommended from fb community group) never replied. Second company quoted a crazy high price. Preferred plumbing was able to quote a reasonable price based on pictures I emailed. Even better, they were able to come for the service in the morning ON LABOR DAY!
Like the other reviews describe, David clearly explained the work, did the job quickly and thoroughly.
Definitely recommend Preferred Plumbing to get the job done right and at a fair price.

Called at 7:30pm because my bathtub wouldn't turn off after bath time and Robert showed up within the hour and the job was done by 9 pm! Very friendly, professional and efficient! Crisis averted, thank you!

Had a plumbing emergency at my rental and called these guys. Robert picked up right away and was very courteous. They got to my rental in 30 minutes to assess my leak and give me an estimate. They had the repair completed quickly and with no hassle. Excellent and fast service. Definitely will use them again.

Our house water pressure was fluctuating and eventually had low water pressure throughout the house for a few weeks and we couldn't even shower properly because of it. I messaged Preferred Plumbing in the morning today and they came out by 11am. They greeted me and introduced themselves professionally and I described the issue. They explained to me their diagnosis process and within a few minutes they already found the culprit, a bad pressure regulator. The qouted me a fair price and I proceeded with the repair. It took an and half including dissassembly, them running to the store to get a replacement and installation. Now everything is back to normal! Thanks guys!

Amazing! I sent out a message via Yelp around 6am and they responded! They sent out 3 guys, 2 trucks, and were on time. Excellent communication via text and through Yelp.
